Had dinner there with family , we have dined there many times and no complaints the food has always been delicious and waitstaff always top notch. This dining experience was different from what we were expecting . The food was okay , my potato’s and vegetables we close to cold the chicken was good temperature, our waitstaff was either nervous or put out not sure what it was . Didn’t want to mention my dish was half cold. The restaurant was also not busy at the time of dining.

Food was good, but the service was terrible. The restaurant was not even 1/2 full, we were a table for 4 and it took 45 minutes to get our food after ordering. Looking around, we were not the only table having to wait a long time. I would not recommend for an office lunch.

Reserved for 7:15pm. Very busy, didn't get our food until after 9pm. Our server comp our drinks and provided free dessert as well which was kind. Our meals were good , however mashed potatoes were luke warm but meal was tasty. I guess a super busy evening so not really fair to evaluate, I would try again!

Came for breakfast during CFR as we stayed at a hotel a few minutes away. Staff were very nice and accommodating of our large group and our short time frame we could get in before our son competed. We came back for breakfast the next day and dinner the following. The food was great size for your $ and they have a wonderful hollandaise, rich and fresh. Will visit again when in Red Deer.

A party of 4 had breakfast. All was good but the toast was basically warmed up bread. Party of 4 returned the next day for breakfast. I ordered the same thing and requested that my toast be toasted as it was not the day before. She said of course but brought warmed up bread. I asked for it toasted please and she brought back an order that was burnt and had the gall to serve it as if nothing was amiss. Not very professional and totally insulting. I guess your staff was trying to prove a point that you get what you get so don’t ask for anything else. And when I say burnt, the kitchen must have smelt as it was black! I hope they have more respect for future customers as that’s the way a restaurant stays in business!

It took 20 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us after the front staff seated us. No drinks nothing. We almost left when a manager or owner came up and asked if we’ve been helped. She did not charge us for our appetizer because of our wait. She was super quick at getting our drinks and food. Meal was SOOO GOOD. We will be back!

Food delivery was an hour wait. First 2 types of wine selected were out of stock. 3rd type of wine was good. Food was good, the steaks were cooked well however the salmon was over cooked and a little dry. Server was pleasant and attentive however not trained on types of wine. .

Will definitely be back again. Food was awesome waitress amazing. Only issue is the bar service is a bit slow. Ordered tap beers and a glass of wine. At least 10 minutes to be told that the one beer was out of stock. Another 10 to get the drinks.

Nice happy hour, server went over all the options which had drinks and some appetizers on it. Decent options for craft and coolers. Quick service and our waiter was very nice. We will have to come back to try the full menu as it looks great.

there is a lot of menu items that involved battered main course items, steak, chicken, and veggies and so on. It is kind of hard to get around the battered and deep fried items but if you went for the battered and deep fried items, they were very tasty. For example we had the blooming onion and it was one of the best I have ever had. The portions were also very large so be aware of that. Even the salads are big enough for two. The prices tend to be between 20 and 30 dollars but that is not abnormal for a good food experience these days. I gave a 4 rather than a 5 because I wanted more choice that did not include deep fried. Also they need childrens and seniors portions on the menu. I did not see either but perhaps they do 1/2 orders.

We were a party of 3, including one elderly hard of hearing person with mobility limitations. We felt welcomed, were seated promptly and easily. Service was cheerful and prompt and the food was excellent. Noise level was high for a person with hearing aids, but not impossible to work around. Overall a great experience.

When our meals came the plates where SO hot so it was very apparent they had been under the warmers for some time. Fries were cold, lettuce and veggies in the chicken clubhouse were soggy from being under the warmer. One of our party got the wrong side with her steak. Our server was very sweet, she felt bad because the bar was out of almost every single beer they were supposed to have on tap. She did try to give us free dessert which was a lovely offer but no one was wanting dessert… could have given a beer for free?

We made a reservation and when we got there the hostess said we will be sitting outside on the patio. We asked her if we could sit inside instead and she said no. There were multiple EMPTY tables. When we asked her if we could sit at one of the empty tables and she said no. Its none of her business but I was diagnosed with skin cancer and try to avoid the sun when possible. So knowing we wanted to sit inside she took us to the table that had no shade. We had to insist on sitting at a table in the shade which there were a few. She seems very unhappy with our request. The tables all had no cutlery and cutlery didn't appear until AFTER we got our meal! And we had to ask or it wouldn't have come at all. Its too bad because the food was really good.
