Delicious food! We did the Mixed Grill, which was a lovely variety of food and definitely enough to fill up two people! The grilled cheese and grilled shrimp were probably my favorite. Steak was well prepared. Chocolate cake was decadent and perfect dessert to share. Service was excellent. Pretty pricy but definitely high quality.

My experience at The Grill was nothing short of fantastic. I was there with my colleagues and it was quite a few of us. Management and staff graciously accommodated us and gave us superb service. If you plan on dining here, please get the Tomahawk steak--- you wont regret it! We will definitely be back!

Having never been to The Grill before, my husband and I decided to go with the "Mixed" Grill. It includes; salad, apps, entrée, sides and dessert. Everything was amazing! My husband was surprised by the quantity and quality. Our server was attentive to us, refilling our waters etc. We enjoyed The Grill.

Overall, I was not impressed with the quality of my meal. The ribs and macaroni were average. I would advise not getting the sauce on the ribs if you do decide to get them.

Our reservation was at 5pm. We actually arrived 10 minutes late (with notice, (but upon arrival we were told to wait for another 20 minutes along with a throng of other diners in a crowd by the hostess stand, (not even the bar) while the servers finished their shift briefing right in front of everyone waiting to eat? The dining room was empty. Is was as though they were not ready to open yet. The server briefing we were audience to was a stern inside-baseball talk with emphatic Do's and Don'ts - it was just a generally uncomfortable vibe and the kind of thing the customers don't usually see for good reason. The managers and hostesses all just ignored the waiting guests like it was normal though? It was so strange... Our server Desi was in fact nice, knowledgeable, and efficient. But with the food being mediocre at best and the weird sub-par welcome experience, I sadly have to say that this spot it is not at all worth the money.

The View was spectacular. My dinner was really good. Because it was so busy the service wasn’t really all that good. Great management came around and checked on us more than our waiter so I will not leave a negative review. Next time we are visiting we may give you another try.

I came here with my partner on a Sunday evening of restaurant week. We sat outside as the sun set over the wharf, so the setting was wonderful. Though short-staffed, the service was cordial, professional, and attentive. We had a caesar salad, and the anchovies were especially nice, not the grey salt bombs you usually get, but flavorful, plenty of white flesh, umami! We also enjoyed their watermelon feta salad. I'd had this somewhere else before, and loved it, and this was even better. My only recommendation on the watermelons is to dice them just a bit smaller; some chunks were about inch cubes, I think they'd be better as half to 3/4 inches. We also had an amazing crab cake, with nice generous chunks of crab, and a perfectly cooked medium rare salmon. Hard to say which was better, and we traded several bites as we ate. We closed the meal with a key lime pie, which is not really a favorite of mine, but this one was quite refreshing and flavorful. The lime flavor came through nicely and it was not too sweet. It's also nice inside. I'd like to try the bar some time. Small note, I wish they had towels in the bathroom, those air dryers push bathroom air all over your hands and I do not find them hygienic. Yes, it's pricier than many places, but the excellent service, great setting, and carefully crafted meals make it totally worth it. I can't wait to return!

Ordered the shared meall. The house salads were fresh and had delicious dressing as was the "all bites" portion. Unfortunately the surf & turf portion was served at room temperature and had to be reheated.

I have nothing really bad to say, I felt like in the end I was rushed out but other people were not. They were out of what I really wanted so I settled for something else. All in all for the amount spent I didn’t like the experience but again it wasn’t bad.

On the Restaurant Week menu, the skirt steak option was small and tough and the green bean side unappealing. Better but not wonderful were the fries and watermelon salad. Plentiful but overly sauced were the regular menu's spareribs. On the whole, the high prices are not at all justified by the quality of the food. The service was pleasant but spotty. Best thing about the balmy evening was having a quiet table outside.

Everyone working there was pleasant and accommodating. The Grill has a perfect spot on The Wharf for outdoor seating that is slightly elevated from the pedestrian area. It’s a perfect spot for people watching as well as dining!

This was our second time at the grill. We have been fortunate to have outdoor seating both times and to be waited on by Daniel. He is super efficient, knows the menu well and knows his drinks and is a whiskey expert . Great Job Daniel . The food .. the lamb skewers are amazing . So flavorful . The deviled eggs are plentiful and savory. We had the crab cake , scallops and steak and twice baked potato. Beautiful presentation and cooked to perfection. Ask for Daniel and the service and food will impress. Great night out .

Amazing food with the flavors melding together seamlessly. Everything was seasoned perfectly. To note, the calamari could have been warmer! It was a bit cold. Otherwise, the crab fondue was splendid, and the beyond burgers were well seasoned and not too heavy.

Came here for date night and it was great. The place is open and spacious. Energetic vibe. Nice staff. Clean. Options to eat outside, at the bar, or in dining area. My only complaint is the tables are small so when you get your food and drinks you def have to make it work for space. Other than that the place is good. The drinks are creative and tasty they definitely don't go light w the alcohol. Drinks can sneak up on you. You get your monies worth! The food is delicious! Quick service! I'd definitely recommend this spot. We'll be back.

wonderful, friendly service. Amazing array of gins and vodkas to pick from on the menu. A terrific pineapple upside down cake is highly recommended. Great location on scenic DC Wharf.

The only disappointment was the oysters. I’ve never had oysters so small. They seemed premature. Bluepoint oysters. But the manager sent over a second order free of charge hoping they would be bigger, but were not. Everything else was outstanding. Our server was on point!!! Hasheem I think was his name!!!
