    Love The Osteria. The vibe is fantastic, and the food is better. On at least one visit, you must order the Table Side Tagliatelle Caccio e Pepe, they wheel a giant wheel of parmesan cheese to yr table, heat it with a blow torch, then toss pasta / sauce into it, to engulf your meal with all that melty cheese. Mmmmm. Share it with yr table if you have to. A starter dish I order for the table when I first sit, is the Wagyu Beef Carpaccio. *Muah*

    It is a nice restaurant booking it was not to friendly could only book before 4pm. The restaurant was only half full for the dinner value servings could be a bit bigger. The meal was good well plated great flavor.

    The space is open and when filled with energetic conversation, is extremely loud, you cant hear the person across the table from you. Its very dark and even with my glasses on, the menu was very difficult to read (small print, low lighting). Food is amazing (I’m Italian 🇮🇹 and nothing is better than my mom’s cooking. The meatballs are better than mom’s, sorry mom). Food is on the expensive side but portion sizes were good. Here is my problem … this is an Italian restaurant, I’m sorry but pasta is eaten with a fork and spoon, why do I have to ask for a spoon if I order pasta, which I did and I had to ask????) my non-Italian guest wondered the same!

    It was very noisy, impossible to have a conversation. Ordered the table side lobster pasta, it wasn’t prepared tableside. Lobster was tough and chewy, overall dish lacked flavour. Absolutely not worth the $56 charged for it. Cheeseboard was good, that’s the best thing at this restaurant.

    Was there for happy hour. The wait staff were not very attentive. Couldn't flag someone down before happy hour ended. When I finally could, I tried to order a happy hour drink and was denied (happy hour ended at 5 at it was 5:03). Our party of 4 felt very rushed. The waitress totally cleaned off our table, like everything, while we were still finishing our drinks.

    Excellent food and service. Portion sizes are a bit small, would be nice if the salad that comes with the pasta was more substantial. Great selection of non alcoholic beverages.

    Went last night, spaghetti and meatballs were delicious and a very large portion. Carbonara was good but would have preferred not to have the egg on top. You get a complimentary salad for the table when ordering entrees however the portion size has been reduced (such a small portion), it would be better just to not offer the salad anymore. I have been many times to the restaurant and the servers are always beyond excellent!

    Very attentive server who had a good knowledge of the food and wines. Prices have certainly gone up but it seems to be the same everywhere. We were all impressed with the quality of the food and left feeling very satisfied.

    We were avid clients of the Italian Osteria. But found this visit poor. My carbonara was cool and my husbands Lasagne dry with little sauce. The prices seem high when you just get your main no small salad or veggies or bread as other Italian restaurants do . Also my app wouldn’t load so I couldn’t use my money in it. Just general dissatisfaction this time. Our hostess and waitress was very nice though.

    First the minuses: This was our first visit, a birthday date dinner with my husband. Our reservation was for 6:30 but we were standing waiting for 15 minutes (as was the foursome ahead of us). When I asked why the table was not ready at 6:30 I was told it was because they were waiting for “our” table to be vacated by earlier guests. This is a problem for management to solve not for guests to have to deal with. The booth (#1 floor) we were seated at was drafty and cold. Our server asked us if we wanted her to check if the air conditioning was on. Later in the evening another employee said other guests had complained about the cold and she had just put the heating on. Our server forgot my wine order at the bar and I had to ask another server to get it. It was also extremely noisy so not good for a “date” dinner. This restaurant has more of a Milestones atmosphere than a place for a quiet dinner. The whole experience was very poor. Pluses: the food (1 bruschetta and 2 Pesto Prawn pasta) was very good.

    Had to wait 15 min even though we have had a reservation. Was brought to a table with only 1 chair. Waitress was kind but didn’t go above and beyond. Food is good but pricey. Did have to wait a while for food and service. It was very very noisy.

    My husband and I came here for our anniversary. It was very loud and service was slow because there was a 45 person party there. Our waitress was nice and the food was great. Our table was a booth right at the entrance, so not the best seating and it was too loud for a date. More of a place you go to with a few people rather than one on one. We will try this place again on a week day when it’s hopefully not as loud.

    Enjoyed the pizzas we ordered and they modified with no problems at all. Appreciated the willingness to modify a abit to one of the pizzas when ordered. Service was exceptional - lovely personable and professional waitress.

    The staff were pleasant and attentive. It was very loud so we could not carry on a conversation. I am hearing impaired and could not hear our server. We both had pasta. It was nothing special and very expensive for what it was. OSF is way better value and taste. My wife found hair in her pasta. We noticed one of the chefs had long hair that was not covered. Almost all the staff were very young. The service was slow even though we were early and the restaurant was not full when we arrived. It is not an experience we will repeat.
