Anniversary 35 years

Serv ice was quick, professional and friendly. The food was fresh, hot and delcious.

Covid protocols were properly observed such that we felt very comfortable dining indoors.

One appetiser, 2 steaks, 4 glasses of $10 wine, 1 dessert and 2 $7 coffees brought the bill to $250.00. Wayyyyyyyyyy too much! Should've been somewhere closer to $160-175. Do you feel you can charge more because of Covid? That is just taking advantage.

Second time since March going inside a restaurant for dinner. Celebrating my 50th with a longtime friend.
Mask required walking in and out. Inside on a Sunday evening the restaurant was very quiet, food was great and service as well.

Any time I visit The Keg, I never leave disappointed. The service and food have always been excellent. The ambience was great. They are doing a really good job of seating different parties intermittently and helping to maintain social distancing.

We were celebrating our Anniversary at the Keg and all was great. Food as good as always and our server was super friendly and made us feel welcome. We will return.

Our server was excellent. Recommended new rice asiago and allowed my wife to also have the garlic mash just in case. Very personable particularly in the covid time. Always had her mask on.

Social distancing and other Covid protocols were great and adhered to. We were very comfortable with our experience. Same great food and service! Made the birthday great.

Fantastic service! This was my first night out since COVID hit and I was a little wary, but I didn't need to be. Every table was very far from any other, so social distancing was easy. I watched an employee clean and sanitize a table and I was impressed with the time she took making sure each surface was sanitized. The only thing I would say is that WOW the prices of food have jumped! I always loved Keg because it was good food and good value for a steakhouse. With the prices now, it's a very expensive night out. The wine is still decently priced, however.

It was my sons birthday

Having just moved into stage 3 (Covid) recently, I was hesitant to go out to enjoy an inside sitdown meal. I'm glad we did. Not only was the food fabulous, but I felt very safe as a customer from beginning to end.

Always amazing, Super consistent. I love being able to make a reservation as well so much easier.

Everything was great except usually we get a free dessert on our anniversary and this time the server did not offer that. It was a bit disappointing as we have gone to the keg every year on our anniversary and were always offered a free dessert. Maybe next year.

1st time out for dinner since Covid started. Great dining experience. It was our anniversary.

Everything was great! We had a nice private corner table to ourselves and our server Nicole was stellar! Love her so much and will definitely be back !

Although i like the keg overall this is my favorite location. Always courteous staff excellent food and great atmosphere

Always great food service and consistansy

Normally love this location. We ordered dinner and told our waiter we were still gonna have a few drinks and after the food was served it seemed her job was done. Nobody came after awhile to check if we wanted a few more drinks. Had to ask one of the table servers to grab the cheque, as we were annoyed of waiting.

My wife and I were disappointed in the service. The waiter never brought the complimentary bread which he asked if we wanted. I sat for over 15 minutes with an empty glass and was never asked if I wanted another. No water was brought to the table we had to ask. I was never asked if I wanted to Keg size my appetizer and was disappointed with the portion size. The food was great as always but the portions seemed small compared to others we saw. I had 4 beans and a couple pieces of peppers next to a steak they looked lost. The rice portion was ok. My wife’s meal was fine ample portions. The people next to us looked like they had double portions compared to what we had. Overall food was good service was lacking. Probably my won’t go back to this location as this was the second experience like this at this location.

Husband didn't get the drink he ordered (dark rum) he got rye instead, but his second drink was dark rum!
We both ordered the classic keg steaks but didn’t get the mushrooms with our orders, we had to ask the server for our mushrooms!
