   It was a nice restaurant with lovely food however there was too much salt on the fries - I think the fries should be done without salt as there are salt shakers on the table also the mock caesar cocktail didn't taste nice

    O-16 to start. 14 oz prime rib (med rare) /cauliflower mash Keg size Caesar for dessert. Wife- 10 oz prime rib / veggies /Caesar salad Keg size Caesar. Excellent service, food came fast, managed to squeeze in every bite, no rush to leave. What more do you need? 🤷🏻‍♂️

    Celebrated my birthday with my hubby, the food was excellent-albeit the calamari appetizer was a bit over fried but still tasty. Excellent service from our waitress Nicole, didn’t really enjoy the spot we were seated in - too close to the next table. The free dessert was fantastic!! Overall 4/5!!

    Waited 52 minutes after ordering until food came to the table and all we ordered was two Keg Burgers. While they comp'd the order, it was still frustrating and we were well past "hungry". On our previous visit we waited 35 minutes for the bill to come after the table was cleared. Again, nothing complicated, all we had was two Keg burgers. The ambiance isn't so great that we just want to take our precious time and just sit at the Keg and soak it in. We do have a life and other things to get to.

    We went out to celebrate International Women's Day at the Keg! Our experience was absolutely amazing...the topper was having Bryson R as our food and beverage entertainer!! Bryson made our evening super fun and enjoyable. Thank you Bryson!

    The Keg experience was great, it was my birthday and from when we entered until we left we were treated fantastic. The only negative was that there was a family with a young child who had a very noisy toy that they didn’t turn the volume down so that was our only disappointment.

    Excellent food, however extremely noisy making for an unpleasant dining experience. We were a table for 2 seated across from 2 large parties. Made it impossible to have a conversation. Had to yell at our waiter to order.

    We had a great meal. It was a Friday, so we knew that it would be busy. We were seated right away. Our server was prompt and efficient. Our only complaint is that the menu prices have gone up considerably! Over 10.00 on some items. That being said, the portion size did not change, and as always it was delicious!!

    As starters, we had baked shrimp which rated 8/10, Neptune mushrooms which was the best plate of the night at 10/10 and calamari which was 9/10. Mains: Baseball steak was extremely tough and rated only 3/10. I asked to have a simple butter and garlic sauce made with chopped garlic and explained in detail how to make it. I received a very poor imitation of what I had asked for, and it was cold! Hugely disappointing and rated 1/10. My wife gave her meal, blue-cheese sauce on steak a 8/10 for toughness. My two children gave their steak and lobster a 8/10 and the strip-loin a 7/10. Everyone found the deserts substandard. The cheese-cake was grainy, the apple-pie not cooked enough and way, way too sweet. Our server, Josh, not attentive at all. I happened to drop a knife which lay in the walkway with people standing on it for about 7 mins before I got up and picked it up myself. I then waited about 8 mins before I could catch Josh’s eye for new cutlery. When he returned my cutlery there was no steak knife. And no teaspoons with the garlic sauces. All in all a somewhat expensive evening out ($420) for four people which was poorly enjoyed by most of the table. Definitely won’t be going back there.

    Food order was screwed up resulting in an incorrect meal being delivered. Re ordered causing delays. Employee acknowledged mistake and compensated by providing a reduction in the bill. This was the appropiate action/result to address the matter.

    Our meals were 2 of the best we have ever had at The Keg. We have been disappointed by the quality of the Prime rib before but this time it was incredible!! And the Snow Crab was to die for! Absolutely perfect!!

    Had 2 New Yorks ordered to our table asked for medium rare for both. Both were closer to medium well/well. Also had a medium prime rib ordered to our table with was like warm to cold when getting to the table. Did really appreciate the waitress and the manager as they gave us all three meals for free. But definitely disappointed in the food. This was my second time here since this location opened and my second time having issues with food.

    Maybe I'm wrong but I thought the steak was undercooked. That's why I order medium and not medium rare. Otherwise, every part of the meal was perfect.

    The food was phenomenal as was the service but we have been to this location many times I have lobster each time and almost every time except twice the drawing butter is cold and doesn’t heat. Our server tried to help but it didn’t help. I don’t know why this happens I’ve never had this ever in another restaurant. Can I ask that someone check the food and the butter tasted exceptionally good but the butter was not even tepid. We had an early reservation time but even the votive had trouble staying lite. Thanks for hearing this concern I really hope this can be sorted out.

    In general, the dining experience was satisfactory. Our order consisted of three steaks and a burger, with two of the steaks requested to be cooked to a medium level. Unfortunately, one of the steaks was undercooked. Despite this, the quality of the food was decent. Our seating arrangement was next to a larger table, which was created by joining two smaller tables together. Consequently, the proximity of the tables meant that we felt crowded in our booth whenever someone walked by and we had to shift to accommodate them.

    We've been to the Keg many times and this was among the worse. The waitress felt rushed and was abrupt. She wasn't rude, but not quite as polished as other experiences. The steaks this time around had either plenty of gristle or all around very tough and chewy (especially for a medium rare). It'll be a while before we're back, if ever.

    Facilities and service was excellent. Steak was ok but quite overdone. Was offered a replacement but we chose to do our best to work through it rather than wasting 2 steaks.
