We are frequent visitors to the Keg and tonight’s visit did not disappoint. Our server, Harvey, was fabulous and even though they were very busy with graduation night, the food was hot, perfectly flavorful and fabulous attention to detail with allergies at our table.

Not the place to go if you want a nice, quiet dinner. Kids at table next to yours yelling, jumping on the seats and at times staring at you as you try to enjoy your dinner. I have been to that location dozens of times, but this last experience will force me to reconsider going there again.

Normally when we go to the keg we get pretty good service. Yesterday it was lacking. Our waiter was prompt in taking our drink and food order, but after our food arrived he never stopped by to see if everything came out okay. He never checked on our drinks and waters. My husband spilt his water and him and my mom cleaned it up with their napkins but because our waiter never came by during our meal they were unable to get new ones or help cleaning up the spill or my husband getting a new water. Finally at one point when our meal was almost done he came over and asked my husband if he needed anything but didn’t even look at my mom and just walked off as she was trying to ask him something. When he came to see if we needed boxes again he asked me and my husband but ignored my mom who had more on her plate than us, he was waking away and this time she got his attention by raising her voice. And then seemed annoyed because she wanted one as well. We did finally get new waters when he gave us the dessert menu. We were taking her out for a belated Mother’s Day and I felt bad she was treated this way and was disappointed on the drink and overall service that is usually very good. When you are paying that kind of money you should get top notch service. Plus this was a less busy day (Monday) when we normally go on Saturdays that are extremely busy and have great service.

Celebrated a milestone birthday and the service sucked. Meals and drinks were mixed up and birthday recipient had to wait more then 15 minutes for his meal after everyone else received theirs. Lack of attention to detail for a group of 9.!!! May need to look for a new place to celebrate.

Everyone was attentive. Food was really good. We ordered the classics, and maybe a bit too much food. Left over stuffed! Steak and prime rib were cooked just right, tender and delicious. Got a complimentary dessert as it was just before our anniversary. I do find the prices have really gone up though.
