Our experience was fabulous and all because of Carmen, she was our server and she is awesome, beautiful person, which made our evening that much better. She is very knowledgeable, attentive and kept us update on when we would receive our order. Carmen is AWESOME, we hope we get her again when we visit, this is one if our favourite restaurant, and we come here allot. Thank you Carmen

Went to The Keg Dartmouth Crossing to celebrate a 15 anniversary. It was probably one of the best meals I had dining out in the city in a while. Blair was our server and he did an excellent job. Service was perfect and couple with the food I was very impressed with the experience as a whole. Can't wait to go back!

Service and atmosphere were good! Wedge salad and bread were good. Keg roast beef was tough and undercooked for a medium order. Baked potato was cold when served. Crab cakes were so salty they couldn’t be eaten. When these issues were raised to server he shrugged it off and left the table. Not a fun experience for sure.

We were a little disappointed. We had called the day before to discuss some dietary issues and were reassured that there would be someone to assist and we would have a great experience. We did get a terrific server and the manager did pop over , but just told us to pick a few things and they would take care of it . Ended up with a steak and a dry baked potato. Unfortunately, this restaurant won’t be a first choice anymore .

Everything was wonderful. Nice surprise with the complimentary ice cream cake for our anniversary. It was the highlight of an already beautiful experience. Danielle, our server was very pleasant and professional. Thanks to all for making this a lovely dinner out.

We had an excellent meal , the Keg burgers were our choice . I opted for cauliflower mash instead of the fries and my dinner companion had a salad with his. Service was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and polite server. Food was hot and in a timely manner Two beverages each , my friend had an appetizer. We didn’t get dessert because we were satisfied . Excellent. !

It was good but the Lobster tail could have been cooked a little more and there was some bristle on the steak. It was pricey so I was expecting perfection!

The waitress we had was so lovely helpful and great at her job. We also had a girl up front take our picture as we were leaving she was super kind and bubbly. One of the best experiences I had eating out. I wish I could remember their names because they were awesome!

We went for “date night” on March 11th, the host was lacklustre at best. We arrived early and thought we could sit at the bar and have a drink. 4 couples came in and went to the bar and we still didn’t get in. When I asked another server he said there was one available. After waiting another 15 minutes we finally got in to see there were 10 empty seats! I would think guests arriving early for a reservation would take priority over walk- ins.

The food is fantastic, service is excellent, and the atmosphere is great. I always order a steak and it is cooked perfectly everytime and the sides are delicious. The prices are not cheap but the taste is worth the price. Scott was a good, attentive waiter. He met our needs well. We will return.

Great evening. But service slow. Waiting a long while for drinks.....long while to just get bread and butter. Our server was lovely but needs to visit table, notice the other two guests had joined and come over for drink order.....waited I would say 30 min to just get drink and bread. Minus a memo at table and that was not noticed. We did have to ask another server for our server to come over. We love the Keg and will come back but need to work on the service.
