   Over the years we have never been let down at The Keg with food or service. On our last visit to celebrate our Grandsons 16th Birthday all was as expected but not the service. The young waiter seemed very rushed the few times we did see him. We all had a Creaser salad to start, the empty salad plates sat before us until the entrée arrived, not acceptable, the finished entrée plates also sat before us for at least 10 minutes. When the table was cleared the waiter brought the Miners Pie for the birthday boy, didn't ask the rest of us if we would like anything for dessert. Will be back again for sure as we love everything about The Keg and have for years, thinking our experience was a "one off", but wanted the responsible to be aware.

   We have never had a bad dining experience at The Keg in Windermere, and this time was no different! The food was delicious as always, the staff were very friendly and the manager & chef were very attentive to my food allergies. As was our server. I do not remember our servers name, but he did a fantastic job! He told he it was only his 2nd shift there, and we told him we would’ve never known by how well he took care of us. Overall we have nothing but good things to stay about The Keg Windermere, and I look forward to our next date night when we go again.

   My sirloin Oscar was amazing and my sister raved about her filet mignon that was done to perfection. The server was attentive and also he brought over a piece of Billy Miner Pie to help us celebrate a birthday. We were travelling from out of province and will definitely come here again when back to Edmonton.

   The Keg is our go to when we go out for dinner. This is the first time we had q very poor experience. Our waiter was no where to be seen most of the time, our appetizers came after we were already eating the main course, my steak this time was extremely tough and chewy and the mushrooms Neptune was overpowering with seafood taste.

    Two parties ordered roast beef. Compared to other visits to this restaurant, it was tough and boring. In fact, it looked more like a thin steak that something that had been carved from a roast. Also, one serving was about one third fat. Will return to the restaurant, but definitely not order roast beef. One party left half on the plate and refused a take-home box.

    We really enjoyed our visit! The waiter was phenomenal. He was attentive and was available whenever needed and faded away to let us enjoy our meal without unnecessary interruption. The rack of lamb, steaks, and pistachio encrusted salmon were perfect. We all came out of there over-full, happy and satisfied.

    Our steaks were cooked to perfection. Our server was polite and efficient and the ambience was excellent. I liked the dimmed lights and private booths. The cost was a little on the high side but prices have gone up every where. Overall it was a nice evening out which my husband and I don’t do very often.

    A warm greeting on arrival, our server appeared promptly to take our beverage order, followed by our menu selections. Thanks to the Keg for your attention to those with gluten issues. Our meals were outstanding and the service throughout was excellent. The dessert menu offered several good choices, all of which were creatively prepared and were of high quality. Our party of six agreed that in our collective experience, each of the Keg restaurants in Edmonton have a consistent standard of excellent customer service, quality food and drink and reasonable pricing. This restaurant chain is well led and well managed. We will be back again soon.

    Went to watch a playoff game for fun and had the tuna tartare - it was so good. One of the best I’ve ever had and it looked so good before I dug in. Love all of the staff and a manager made sure to come by to make sure everything was perfect.

    This Keg (Windermere) was absolutely wonderful in comparison to the Banff location. Totally redeemed themselves. Everything was awesome to the food and the service. Rylee (our server) did an excellent job and was very friendly and accommodating. Our go to Keg from now on!

    Always an enjoyable experience at The Keg. I find myself seeking it out whenever travelling. Was happy to discover The Keg on both sides of the Canada / U.S. border. The Keg has always been a place of celebration, social gathering and romantic dinner-based date evenings. The Windermere (and other Edmonton locations) compare exceptionally well as the model is closely followed and expected standards have always been achieved. Last night, at Windermere, proved to be another wonderful meal out.
