We had a nice evening and enjoyed the meal very much. We both had the steak and shrimp dinner but thought the piece of beef was very small. We were not pleased with the table choice but did not ask for a different one so bad on me. Overall, happy with the experience and will go back.

Appetizers were excellent as usual. Prime rib was disappointing again. Server was overly attentive and continually interrupted our conversation. Lastly the tip was reflective of our experience and our server was clearly unhappy and stomped off. Last 2 out of 3 visits were unsatisfactory.

Our reservation in the lounge did not happen. We were seated in a corner with a server that rushed us every 2 minutes. I hate to complain but the Keg has always been my favorite. We were all disappointed!

Steak not cooked properly. After it went back to the kitchen 3X, we gave up. The manager comped everything. My partner’s steak was good, but he ended up eating alone while I picked at his potatoes waiting for my steak. Very disappointed, not sure if we will ever go back.

The pistachios on the salmon were burnt. The server was not attentive- empty glasses were not attended to. Ordered a beer and it was never brought, waited 30 minutes for entree. It was too cool in the restaurant; we wore our jackets.

Took too long for our food to arrive. First time ever and I have been coming frequently for years. The waitress was very friendly and accommodating but with the food taking so long it kind of spoiled it...I know you guys can do better. Perhaps short staff was an issue which in todays world is a real issue....Food was hot and tasty....

We sat outside. The table was extremely unstable and wobbly. The service was sub-par compared to ages past. The waiter was inattentive and did not anticipate our needs like bringing extra plates even though we told him several times we were sharing everything. He forgot our bread and also our side plates so our food got cold. Quite expensive for what you get.....
