Our food just wasn’t good, the mushroom Neptune we’re not like they always are, our bread was so hard on the bottom it hurt our teeth to eat it, my steak was almost blue it was so raw(asked for it medium) and the shrimp and scallops on my sirloin Oscar were so over cooked it was like chewing on little bite of shoe leather and no flavour, it ruined the meal, and my fiancés rib steak was well done when he asked for it medium rare, and it lacked seasoning for both plates. Was such a disappointment.

Everything was amazing from the moment we arrived to the Amazing meals to the time we left. Highly recommend to anyone that wants to enjoy a great dinner! Wine, Filet Mignon, Prime Rib, Billy Miner pie to the coffee…all excellent! Great service too!

As always the food and welcoming service was wonderful and accommodating, didn’t like the first table they offered and was found a better one in minutes. While I was waiting for my sister the server attended me very politely, offering me water or a drink. When my sister arrived we were given time to talk and then ordered appetizers. We never felt rushed very patient server which was nice. Food was excellent and my sister and I were very pleased with our dinners AND dessert. Thank you for making ours, a GREAT evening!

We love going to the Keg Garry Street. Once again the food was very good. My wife had rack of lamb, I had prime rib; both were delicious. We also had a wedge salad, Billy Miner pie, and J Lograr red wine. Our server Drake was attentive, efficient and knowledgeable

My husband and I had dinner in the lounge. The lounge has a nice atmosphere. We ordered Calamari. It was delicious. We also ordered a Caesar salad and Prime Rib sliders. The sliders came with an au jus. The sliders were fabulous. The meat was tender and you didn't need the au jus. Our server had a bubbly personality and was very knowledgeable of the items on all the menus. We hadn't been to the Keg in quite some time and will definitely be back.

We had a nice evening and enjoyed the meal very much. We both had the steak and shrimp dinner but thought the piece of beef was very small. We were not pleased with the table choice but did not ask for a different one so bad on me. Overall, happy with the experience and will go back.

Appetizers were excellent as usual. Prime rib was disappointing again. Server was overly attentive and continually interrupted our conversation. Lastly the tip was reflective of our experience and our server was clearly unhappy and stomped off. Last 2 out of 3 visits were unsatisfactory.

Our reservation in the lounge did not happen. We were seated in a corner with a server that rushed us every 2 minutes. I hate to complain but the Keg has always been my favorite. We were all disappointed!

Steak not cooked properly. After it went back to the kitchen 3X, we gave up. The manager comped everything. My partner’s steak was good, but he ended up eating alone while I picked at his potatoes waiting for my steak. Very disappointed, not sure if we will ever go back.

The pistachios on the salmon were burnt. The server was not attentive- empty glasses were not attended to. Ordered a beer and it was never brought, waited 30 minutes for entree. It was too cool in the restaurant; we wore our jackets.

Took too long for our food to arrive. First time ever and I have been coming frequently for years. The waitress was very friendly and accommodating but with the food taking so long it kind of spoiled it...I know you guys can do better. Perhaps short staff was an issue which in todays world is a real issue....Food was hot and tasty....

We sat outside. The table was extremely unstable and wobbly. The service was sub-par compared to ages past. The waiter was inattentive and did not anticipate our needs like bringing extra plates even though we told him several times we were sharing everything. He forgot our bread and also our side plates so our food got cold. Quite expensive for what you get.....
