Good meal. Steaks were not done to order, but still delicious. Prices seem to have gone up, but still reasonable for a steakhouse.

Had a wonderful experience. All staff were lovely and helpful. We will definitely be back!!

So happy to dine in a restaurant again! Our server, Mackaela was fantastic. The food was excellent-The Keg is extremely consistent and never disappoints.
Only negative - we were seated at the worst table in the restaurant, right by the kitchen entrance. So loud, you can hear every conversation in the kitchen and then so many employees walk by our table. That was very disappointing. Normally we would request a different table however we could see the restaurant was full and we accepted what was presented at the time we were seated.

Great service. They also took all of the proper covid precautions and we felt very safe.

I believe this is our second or third time at this location and it’s been a positive experience each time. The service we received this most recent visit was above and beyond. Our server was very pleasant, energetic and attentive. The food was delicious and the steaks were made exactly as expected. The bonus cake slice to help celebrate my birthday was the icing on top of our wonderful meal. Thank you so much to our server (Signy?) and the rest of the staff at this location. We also appreciated the precautions taken during Covid-19 and we felt safe dining in.

Such a disappointment! It was honestly our last meal before lockdown and it was so sad and extremely unfulfilling.

This was a dinner to celebrate my wife's birthday. I ordered the Rib Steak (Bone in) medium rare.

The steak that was delivered was overcooked, dry and tough. I complained to the waitress, and after speaking with the manager, offered to replace the steak.

The replacement steak was very rare, not medium rare, but out of respect for my wife, and to not make another complaint, I accepted it.

I have dined at the Keg for many years, and every dinner I have had in the past was excellent. I'm not sure if they have new chefs, or if due to COVID19, they aren't able to maintain the quality, but based on this experience, this will be my last visit to the Keg.

I also ordered the French Onion Soup, which was excellent, as was the iceberg wedge with blue cheese dressing. The server was cheerful and helpful. I was curious where the sourdough bread came from (I bake sourdough, and the Keg sourdough didn't have a sourdough flavor). She was also kind to bring some olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

The 2nd time I have had a very tough piece of Prime Rib. Would expect a better quality from
the Keg.

your branch should provide more hand sanitizers not just in the entrance..and staff pilling up in the billing counter ,yes they are wearing mask but pls practice distancing even if you guys wear mask

Very disappointed. Due to covid, the place was not busy. Service was very slow and food was not great. Salad(lettuce) was served totally rusty brown and we had to wave down staff to address it. Main course sides were practically non existent (no vegetables) just a slice of tomato and a few mushrooms. Server said the supply was low and therefore side dishes were changed. Value for the price was not worth it. We left after almost 3 hours (party of 2) problems not really addressed at time by anyone. Wrote email to management, who apologized and stated he will send out gift cards for us to dine again and hopefully have a better experience. For the prices paid at this establishment, we expect good food and service and this visit was lacking in both. We will wait and see if we get compensated and try the Keg again

I have been corresponding with the General manager Kevin who has been extremely helpful and addressed the issues. He has been receptive and generous with compensating us for our meal. We will return in the near future and try the establishment again.
I hate complaining, but this experience was so disappointing it needed to be brought to attention.

It was our anniversary, so my wife had Filet Mignon & I had the New York Strip Sirloin...both were from the Keg Classics menu. Simply put, absolutely delicious! The meat was so tender and magnificently tasty! At the end of the meal, the Keg comp'd us with their Billy Miner pie...What a wonderful meal. We are planning to go there next year!

We went out for a nice outing as it has been a while with Covid going on. The entire meal was excellent.

As a personal note Sam K was our waitress and was phenomenal. She made good suggestions, was attentive, had a great personality and really helped make the evening as enjoyable as it was. We jokingly said to each other we wished we could have pulled up a chair and had her join us for the meal.

We picked the keg for our 30th anniversary dinner. The service was great and the food was cooked to perfection. Great meal, great service and great ambiance. Great all around. Thanks to the Keg on Garry.

The flavour of the food was was great! Service was good , but flat. Presentation of the food was pretty underwhelming especially for the price you pay.

Quick service and not as loud as it used to be because of Covid. Also following safety precautions set out by provincial health. I hope they can limit people like this as the noise wasn’t out of control like in the past I’ve been there

I’ve been a regular customer of The Keg and have not ever been disappointed with any aspect of the food. This evening however my food was warm at best. I’ve honestly never had a meal this cool in temperature at this establishment. Still the prime rib was tender and tasty, albeit lukewarm while the Asiago rice and the curly onions were also lukewarm. Meanwhile although my wife misinterpreted Masala for Marsala, which I am guessing the server didn’t catch and correct her which resulted in a dish she couldn’t eat because it was too spicy for her palate. The issue was resolved although not immediately as our server had left the area quickly and my wife had to wait sometime to have the meal replaced and served. I am going to graciously chalk this lukewarm experience up to the stress from the current pandemic.

We had a delicious dinner and experience out with all the new Covid protocols in place, we felt safe and well cared for by our server, Jason. He went above and beyond to create such a delightful experience. We will definitely be back for our next date night out soon!
