We frequent the keg about 2-3 times a month, between the market and crowfoot location. I skipped leaving a review about 2 weeks ago from this location thinking it was a one off and we would still give it another shot. Last nights supper was beyond the lowest standard of food quality I’ve experienced in over 30 years of dinning with the keg. The server was great as always but stretched to thin leaving large gaps of missing service of the table. He absolutely did his best to balance. The lack of management support was surprising. Although we love the keg and will continue to dine at other locations, this will unfortunately be the last time we visit the market location due to the shocking and unusually low quality of food execution now, 2 times in a row. The entire party left more than 50% of their dishes due to over salting, undercooked appetizers (the mushroom Neptune were still cool in the middle and over cooked steak (ordered MR and served slightly over a MED that was burnt on the side played down) The table beside us was missed for 15 mins, the table adjacent to us also had their food re-fired. Seemed to be a very off night for the venue. We always loved Christmas shopping at market and ending the day at the keg. After 2 VERY disappointing meals over 300$ we will be making the journey else where to enjoy dinner.

Have always loved our experience at Keg but our service was not great took a very long time for our food to come and had to send two steaks back that were way over cooked. Hopefully was just a one off but first time in many times the service and food were disappointing.

My order from the bar was not good. My cocktail was improperly made. Out meal were served cold. The steak was very tough and hard to cut. The vegetables were over cooked and burnt. Our waiter was over worked and had too many clients. There was no friendly contact at all. This visit was not as friendly as what we experience at other visits This is the worst Keg experience we have had at you chain

Service was great. Food overall was also great, just a little disappointed the the quantity of the lobster bisque. For $13 was expecting a larger portion. We had an amazing server, Amy, she was so on top of it and very kind. My prime rib was pretty fatty and not the best. I didn’t say anything as she was so great. However she just knew and noticed it wasn’t great. So she got the manager herself and has him come to chat. They were genuinely interested as to what the issues were and very apologetic. We always have great service and food at the keg. So this one off wasn’t going deter or change things for us at all. They were so great about everything, we will definitely be back to this location. We went for my son's birthday dinner as that was his request. My daughter has multiple allergies and the staff went above and beyond with asking the kitchen for ingredients etc and made her feel welcome and that she wasn't a bother so thank you!

They were out of the drink I wanted and also out of the appetizer I wanted, all of this would have been fine, but then my husband ordered a steak, and they did not have the size he wanted so he requested 2 smaller steaks that we would be happy to pay an up charge for. The manager refused and insisted that we pay for 2 plates even though we dis not want extra sides. We agreed and continued with the order, however told them not to give the additional sides since they would go to waste. They did not listen and gave all the sides which went to waste, which is disgraceful.

As usual the prime rib dinner was delicious. Richard (Mgr) as always looked after us very well . We were celebrating our year-end golf season and he was very generous to give us dessert "on the house". Our server (Everlyn) was awesome as well, the orders for all the 4 couples were taken promptly and the food was served as ordered.

Normally the keg it top notch in all aspects, however our last visit was very different. Our server was never around, and we probably spent close to an hour waiting to order desert and getting our bill, we finally had to ask a different server to bring the bill.

Saturday @ 4:30 I thought would be a good time to go with my family. It started off well however, after the drinks everything took too long. we didn't end up leaving till after 6:15 pm, with small children it was challenging. Getting the bill took long as well, I had to ask three times for it. The server was nice he needs to read the table better in the future. We have been many times to the Keg and this location and have had generally good experiences, this time was less than that. Please speak with the sever and staff about this. Thank you

All staff were pleasant and courteous. Thought it was odd that staff were carrying food from the kitchen through the waiting area.I suppose it has something to do with the layout of the restaurant.

It was a hectic day of shopping (Black Friday) and we were looking forward to a nice relaxing meal for dinner. Right from when we entered the restaurant, the hospitality, service, the food, and just the overall experience was top notch! We were greeted right away by the friendly front door staff, we didn’t have to wait long, and our server was very courteous and professional as she took our orders and brought our food and drinks. The meal was excellent! No complaints from the four of us as everything was cooked the way we wanted. And to top it off, my wife, who was celebrating her birthday, was given a complimentary dessert was which the “cherry on top” for our dining experience! We can’t wait for the next time we have meal plans at the Keg Market Mall!

There were some hiccups with my steak it was under-cooked, and the re-fire took a fairly long time. The rest of the table had finished eating by the time i got my steak. The steak itself was somewhat grisly which is unexpected by a filet min. but other than that the food was good. The service was exceptionally slow, drinks were left empty, dirty dishes remained on the table, and it took forever to get the attention of someone to send the steak back or to order desserts. Although the manager tried to make it right she did comp my meal and some desserts, but the continued slow service (we had two servers) was still very frustrating. It was my daughters 10th birthday and she picked the Keg as her birthday meal, it was disappointing and she ended up apologizing for picking the place, which may have been the worst part of the whole night. We have had great experiences here before, we will for sure give the Keg Market Mall another try hopefully this was an anomaly.

We were celebrating my mom’s birthday -we had a great meal and great service. Our servers- Geordie and Fallon took great care in ensuring our meals were perfect and various allergies looked after. Thank you !
