The food as always was very good and tasty. Our server, Daniel, was polite and attentive. The only “negative” thing, and I’m sure it’s corporate’s decision, is the lighting. It’s almost too dark. But all in all, a lovely dinner

I usually have the filet mignon, but this time I decided on the sirloin - disappointed - but tough in my opinion. However, on a more positive note, the server we had was absolutely fantastic! She was very lovely, and we had a few good laughs! I hope to get her again!

Seated right away, our waitress was just lovely. Due to this being on a Saturday night and being packed it took 1 hour for our food to arrive. But the food was fabulous. Will be back.

The only complaint we had was that the girls working the hostess stand were very unprofessional and not mature enough for a restaurant like The Keg. Other than that it was great! The food was perfect and our server was very good as well.

Had the 14 oz Prime rib, rice, and an iceberg wedge as an appetizer. Quality and presentation was excellent, as can be expected from the Keg. Heartland location has a very nice looking lounge and the restaurant was approximately half full. Recommend reservations as most Keg location get very busy during peak periods

My partner and I are regulars at the keg, especially this location. Our waiter seemed distracted, too busy and/or uninterested. My partner actually walked to the front of the restaurant and found our waiter at the bar talking to a colleague and had to ask for 2 take out boxes and bill, as he didn’t come to our table for at least 20 minutes. Bread being brought out to the table was slow, drinks were slow, and having to find the waiter to wrap up the bill was disappointing. I mentioned on my reservation and to the hostess that we were celebrating my partners birthday, but our waiter didn’t ask about it nor did we receive the birthday dessert. Also, we’re usually asked about any allergies and our waiter did not ask. My partner has life threatening allergies to tree nuts which I had to tell another waiter to relay to Emanuel. Dined on Feb 3 7:15pm, waiter was Emanuel (Emanuel605 according to the bill). Will reconsider visiting this location in the future.

This Keg is always loud, but the food is usually perfect every time. Last two time my baseball was over cooked and left to sit. Normally I would complain if my steak isn’t perfect, after all that is the only not reason why I am there. Both times I just didn’t want to have to wait for a new steak. They are also great at making this right, I just wanted to eat my meal with my husband. Also the green beans are not good. They need to come up with a better side.

It's unfortunate The Keg has gone down hill so much in the past few years. I had hoped that experiences during the pandemic were just results of the chaos of that time but I see now it was indicative of a new approach to dining that clearly places profit about all else. Reduced portions, cramming as many tables and chairs into every corner which also creates a loud and noisy environment all around.

Our table was a tiny space between stairs, a wall, a service computer space with employees and a hall so it was very busy, so loud we could barely hear each other, and we were too close to a family beside us so it was not romantic or intimate at all. It also felt like they brought everything out and cleared things so fast to get us in and out too fast. Our food was okay, but nothing extraordinary. Our sever was wonderful, quick and very kind.

Great food and service as per usual. Only thing we did not like is that our server brought a second beer to the guys without asking. I think when it comes to alcohol, best to always ask first as you never know if people are driving ect, and may not want to consume a second. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Food was typically great as was our server. Wanted a dinner night with the kids for an experience. Restaurant was not busy at 6pm on a Friday night. Front desk tried to put us in a hidden corner of the restaurant by ourselves. So many open seats in the middle of the restaurant. Had to ask to be moved. Even the hostess shared that it wasn’t an ideal seating for the time of evening. Once moved, the server went above and beyond to make the kids feel welcomed and looked after. Kudos to Keirra!!
