   Tuna tartar, NY Strip-lion and Lobster tail were very tasty but the sirloin steak was disappointingly chewy. Not sure why they asked you what is the occasion (anniversary) when making the reservation, for there were no acknowledgement of any kind at the dinner.

   Dinner was fairly good for the keg but they did not address that they were out of or is not the normal lobster garlic butter tonight and was just butter no garlic or anything. 4 lobsters and none of us really enjoyed them due to this so that was a major let down. Steak and everything else was very good though.

   It was the first time back at the Keg after the covid break. My dad who is a very keen and supportive Keg guest was very happy to have such a great experience. The prime rib was as good as remembered and the Billy miner pie and cheesecake topped off a great meal. Our server Tim was outstanding and made the night very special. Thanks for everything!

   Booked the day before on line and said it was for our anniversary. Parking was easy and we arrived 5 minutes early and our table was ready for us. Staff pleasant. Menu selection decent for a steak house and our meals came on time cooked to perfection. Good portions. We were surprised with an complementary desert for our anniversary. Definitely recommended it to others.

    Right from the front door we were greeted with smiles. Our server Christina was excellent. Our food (Steak and Prime Rib) was excellent. Cooked just like we wanted. We would highly recommend The Keg - Richmond South. We had a very enjoyable dinner experience.

    The food was satisfactory. The price was high for what came out. Large pieces of pepper and zucchini does not constitute a side of vegetables. My steak was overdone and my wife's chicken was on the dry side. The service made up for it.

    Started with the calamari. Generous portion just slightly overcooked (they were a tiny bit chewy). The added red and jalapeno peppers were a nice addition. My wife had the 6oz sirloin with a side salad. The steak was an uneven size and so it was unevenly cooked unfortunately. Side salad was excellent with a delicious dressing. I had the 12oz pepper steak which was cooked to a perfect medium rare. Our server Taylor was excellent. Attentive but not intrusive.

    Everything was overcooked, twice baked potato was too salty and almost burnt. Filet was tender but we ordered medium and it was almost well done, had to cut it into pieces right away to try to keep some juice in it and to stop it from getting cooked any more.Mushrooms were overdone, black looking. Billy Miner Pie was almost melted. Not a good experience. The Calamari was tasteless.

    Roast beef was raw. My chicken breast was tiny. Some food was cold. Took forever to bring meals. We love the Keg but yesterday was nowhere near what you are capable of.

    It took 45min for our entrees to come. We are only a table of 5, so I was expecting the food to come in a timely manner. All the cubicles in the women's washroom were locked, we reported it to the staff but they only unlocked 2 of the 4 cubicles, it resulted in a long line up of people waiting in the washroom. The washroom was dirty, with puddles on the floor. Out in the dining hall, there were puddles on the floor as well, in combination with the dim lighting there, it was a slipping hazard.

    Had dinner here with my parents today. It was their wedding anniversary and we usually celebrate at the keg. However this time we went to the Richmond location instead of Burnaby. We've always loved the keg becasue of their food consistency and wonderful service. However this time it was disappointing. The main issue was with the server Lindsay. My mom ordered her own entree. For me and my dad we shared an entree because we didn't want to eat so much. We order an appetizer to share as well. We requested to have the steak split in the centre sideways. We even used hand gesture to show how we wanted it. The order came out wrong which is fine becasue they were quick to remake it. The manager came out to confirm how we wanted our steak. At this point our server, Lindsay, haven't checked in with us yet. He steas came out and unfortunately they were worse. They were almost raw in the middle and we order medium rare. This time our server came. This is when the issue began. I let her know the steak was not made right. She mentioned it's becasue it's from a different roast and it was undercooked. I commented that it was redone becasue the first steak was not served the way we want. She said I never said how I wanted it split. I said i did and my parents chimed in. She got really defensive and said "if I heard you I would not have intentionally done this". She got so defensive and argumentative. At the end the manager got involved again. He asked if we wanted something else. We ended up getting dessert with no entree. We ate somewhere else. It just felt like they didn't believe me. I know for sure I made it clear. And if she didn't hear me she could've said "I didn't hear you, sorry" and just left it at that. I won't be coming back to this location and we're disappointed with the keg. This is our first bad experience with the keg.

    The best meal I have ever had. I brought my grandson for his birthday we had great service and wonderful food. A big thank you to all the staff for making our Keg visit such a memorable experience. Definitely a ten out of ten!!

    When we were first seated it was the Leary favourable table for two and we requests to be reseated. We did made reservations and the hall is not full, quite surprised (and upset) bring shown to “the” table. Did ruin the atmosphere for our 30tj anniversary! Thank you.

    We’re happy that The Keg finally takes reservations but difficult to get the time we wanted. We were greeted warmly and was sat 20 minutes before our reservation time which we appreciated. Drew was our server and he was kind and genial. We decided to just share appies and ordered: - Neptune - excellent - Garlic shrimp - excellent - Scallops/bacon - pedestrian and mediocre - Crab cakes - burnt, too delicate, terrible, tasted horrible didn’t eat The restaurant was far too noisy, the music too loud with a neighbouring table playing a video on their phone with the sound all the way up. We did consider to ask to move outside but the patio is really just tables and chairs in a parking lot. Really no ambiance. We also didn’t see our server for 20 minutes at the end of the meal so we could retrieve our bill. We’re never going back.

    The keg never disappoints on the quality and taste of their food! Absolutely delicious! They have the best steaks but also dessert. Our server was great, even though it was quite busy and I could see she was running, she always checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed.
