The Keg never disappoints. Food is always amazing as is the service.

Everything was great. Ordered 12 oz sirloin and lobster special with salad and desert. Waitress split the one order into 2 as we are older and don’t need all that each and with it being my wife’s birthday they didn’t charge for her specialty coffee as the special included the mud pie that is also so good.
Steak cooked to perfection, as well as the lobster with the baked potato and 3 colour carrots.

Let night out with my hubby since lock down. Food was exceptional. I commend the Keg for this meal. Service was fabulous.

We had a wonderful experience dining out at Keg on Monday evening. Katherine was a great server. I had a hiccup with having a bit of cork in my glass of wine. Katherine later informed me that the house had taken care of the wine. It was great to back out in a restaurant setting and saw that the Keg Southside was taking extra precautions with this pandemic.

Our Covid dining experience was certainly different. We enjoyed a delicious meal of Top Sirloin Steak with the sides. I am all for being safe, but so glad the restaurants are starting to open, even at a small capacity. I think people want to get back to work. Thanks!

We were surprised and upset that our waitress wasn’t best welcoming or happy. She didn’t check in on us. We were also surprised and upset to find ourselves seated in the bar rather than the dining room. The plexi glass between tables sure takes away from the atmosphere that was once there. We were happy with the food and that you stopped serving tomatoes as the vegetable.

Celebrated my parents 33rd anniversary. Kathy was fantastic and so informative. Our meals were amazing. Age range froM 10-60 and we all were incredibly satisfied. Kathy was able to educate us on steak cuts so we were able to make a meal decision based on our taste preference.

We came back after having a not so good visit last time. Larissa was amazing!!

We went there for our 53rd wedding anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed our evening there.

My wife and I went to The Keg on McGillivray for our anniversary. The food was so perfectly prepared and tasted amazing. Our waiter was very professional and was very attentive.

A late September lunch on the patio. The manager and staff made a special accommodation for us. Food and service was top shelf - as usual!

Everyone was doing great. From greeting us before going in (making sure we had masks), to show us to our table, and our waiter everything was great.

Liked that we could book online and wait in our vehicle until we received text advising our table was ready; this should be maintained even after the COVID-19 pandemic ends. We got our table a few minutes after our reservation time, and were happy to be seated in a booth. Unfortunately, there was a rowdy (drunk) group in the corner which made it hard for us to hear each other above their shrill laughter. Next time, we'll have to request a quieter area when making the reservation, as there were several at that time (8pm). Server was efficient and accommodating. Food was prepared promptly and tasted great. We had 10 oz rare prime ribs with garlic mashed potato, Caesar salad, sauteed mushrooms, and crispy fried onions, as well as roast chicken and ribs with vegetable medley and garlic mashed potato. I noticed the price increased a bit since the last time we were there. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and satisfied our prime rib craving!

Our server was very polite and professional, entire staff from entrance to exit were fantastic. Perfect steak and the twice baked potato is something I look forward to coming back for !

We drove out to The Keg Southside for a birthday celebration dinner, hoping for a better experience than at the Garry Street location. We were not disappointed. Service was excellent. The meals were cooked perfectly and served hot. The complementary Billy Miner pie was a welcome dessert to share for my birthday. Thank you!

Delicious food with amazing company as always. Staff was very friendly, maintained their distance during this pandemic and our waitress Simone was great!
