Hi the service and server were wonderful. The food was disappointing. For the price charged it was not worth it. My steak was extremely small. I was supposed to have vegetables with it. I was under the impression they would Be cooked. Half were and half were not. I am not a fan of asparagus not cooked. When I asked , all the vegetables were suppose to be steam. They were not. The peppers were raw as well. My husbands steak had quite a fatty portion on it. For the price we paid my small steak and his, less the fat ,were not equal to the cost. The young lady serving us was very apologetic and had the manager come. She offered to bring more vegetables and another steak but we had already waited so choose to not go that route. We had a drink each. She took the drinks off and my husbands steak off the bill. We usually bring home left overs. What was left. My uncooked vegetables was not worth bringing home to actually cook. Again the server was great.

Our server (Scott) was excellent. Never missed a beat. Salads were okay except my salad was swimming in dressing at the bottom as I neared the end. Steaks were good. At least not undercooked. Veggies were almost raw and twice baked potato was hot at all. Was offered new potato but declined as it just disrupts the experience.

South side keg this time. Decided to reserve in the bar. Two babies at the next table crying. This is sweet and I love babies but sat in bar to be away from babies and kids crying. Sorry parents. The food was what I expect from The Keg. Tried the vegetarian meatloaf. Hot, moist and spicy! The mashed cauliflower was good. Others had steak and prime rib. Cooked good as per usual. Appetizers were warm. I still think the keg brings out food too fast. Tried ordering appetizers and then later ordered main meal. Still came out way too fast. No time to relax and enjoy. I do feel rushed when eating here. Service was pleasant.

The food was so flavorful and excellent. It was the first time my kids have been there and they have already asked to go back. For a party of five with drinks, appetizers and dessert the price was very reasonable. Our waitress was attentive, quick and friendly. Will 100% be going back again.

We visit this location frequently, almost weekly. It’s rare we have a “ not so great” experience. The service at the front door could really use improvement, they were unfriendly . We were seated in the worst spot in the lounge, as we wanted to se seated in the dining room. I had to ask our server 3 times for water, she kept forgetting. Then the meals showed up. Steaks were poor quality, the vegetables were soggy. Unfortunately this time, we were very disappointed with the service and the food. Hopefully we’ll have better luck next time. I don’t like to complain, I hate it. But, the best room, is the room for improvement. Thanks

Seated at 5:30pm. Drink order taken. At 5:55pm no sign of waitress or drinks. Informed manager who provided drinks at 6:00pm. Order taken 6:05pm. No sign or waitress until 6:25pm when food arrived. Was advised of beats allergy. Food arrived with beets and beet juice. Plate taken back. Wife ate her entire meal. 6:50pm food arrived. Lobster was raw, and I mean raw. Lobster was taken back. I told the waitress I would eat the steak for now. Upon cutting into the steak, it was raw. I don't mean, blue rare, I mean ice fridge cold and red raw. Waited another 10 mins for the lobster to return. Informed the waitress steak was raw. At this point, had been waiting since 5:30pm, and had to leave for another engagement and could not wait any longer. Make it all worse, this was my 30th anniversary dinner with my wife. Very disappointing evening.

The waiter (forgot the name) with us yesterday was so professional and helpful. And food keep its quality. Love the bread and I hope I can take away the leftover so it won't waste. Finally it is a really good place for birthday celebration with the complimentary cake..very yummy. Highly recommend

Our server Devon was excellent. She was friendly, attentive and great. For our date night we were seated between a loud party of 10 & a family with a baby. My husbands prime rib was cool by the time it got to the table, my lobster was way undercooked & my steak had a weird taste to it like liver. The ambience, noise level & quality of the food was underwhelming. We think we’ll be going somewhere else for future date nights. But Devon - she deserves a raise.
