We were a party of 10 and our table was great. Nice space. Our server was very friendly. The restaurant was very busy but we did not wait too long for our orders. The food was ok, but not our best meal we have had at the Keg. The steaks were a little undercooked for medium rare we thought. The burgers were very good. Portion sizes generous.

We enjoyed the calamari to begin and it was a huge serving and delicious. Hubby had usual prime rib and I had the ribs both excellent with ceasar salad to start! Our server was delightful. We were outside at table 167! We will certainly be heading back soon!

The only comment I have is the tendency for wait staff to say "Are WE ready to order/finished, etc. It's irritating. Yours isn't the only restaurant that has staff who do this. Maybe you could start a trend to change the question to "Are YOU ready to order?

From the first smile as we walked in the door everything was fantastic. Our server was very polite and friendly went through all the daily specials. The food was first rate we all enjoyed our meals very fresh and hot. Had a great time will for sure go back

Fantastic place to celebrate a birthday! The outstanding as usual and the service was top shelf. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and the grilled shrimp is so good! Then, when you think it's been great the Billy Miner Pie pushes things over the top! We will be back again soon - even if there's nothing to celebrate!

We had dinner on Sunday night at 5:45. The level of busyness was ok. Very sad to say, the lady with the very long and straight hair assisted us for seating did not meet the minimum service standard to solve the customer’s issue. She directed us to a small square table which was very tight for four of us (2Adults and 2kids) and we asked to change to one of the two bigger empty rectangle tables which next to us by the window. She said they were all reserved. So, we decided to stay with the small one. However, the one of the empty table was soon occupied by the family of four who had no reservation. They were behind us while we were waiting in the lobby and we heard this family told the front they did not have reservation. And another empty table was non-occupied the entire time until we left. (When we went to washroom during the dinner, other side of the dining room was about 70%-80% full.) Very disappointed about her incapable judgement when assisting customer for seating as well as her lies. Other than that, our server (a young man) was fantastic. Any thing he was not sure he went to other servers for help and then effectively and efficiently provide us with the solution and the food is good as usual.

My 59 birthday dinner with my hubby and my mom. Love the Watermelon Cosmo, get one every time. Appetizers were yummy, steaks all cooked to our liking and delicious. And as always, Billy Miner Pie for dessert. Thank you, my birthday dinner was fantastic!

Our food was very delicious and our waitress was lovely!! My only complaint is how fast we were in and out which I know may be a bit strange but when I go for a more expensive meal at a restaurant I don’t want to be rushed. I like to have a bit of time in between the courses. Maybe having a child with us made a difference. But the food was amazing for all of us!

Beautiful meal has by all! Kieran, our waiter, was amazing! Came up with a solution to my meal without me even asking! Went above and beyond. Very impressed! Wine was fantastic! Mushrooms Neptune were delicious! Main meals were unbelievable! We shared a piece of Billy Miner Pie for dessert! Definitely will be back!

We were seated in the back room and were very pleased, however as new guests came in we were unable to even hear each other. Due to the noise level if other tables who seemed to think everyone need to be aware of them. Also the garlic butter was very smoky, and my ceasar was so spicy. The restaurant made a new one, and it was much better.

I gave a great review in 2021 and I went back on Friday May 19 and was sadly disappointed. First off I have tons of allergies and no Manager ever came out to talk to us. There was a hair on my baked potato and no manager came out either. Waters were not checked regularly. Felt ignored. Food was not great. Prime rib was mostly fat. Wouldn’t go back to this Keg. Thanks
