Our server was great but the food was pretty sub par. Veggies overcooked. Baked potato was burnt on top (clearly sat under the heat lamps for a while). Burger bun was burnt on top too. Overall wasn’t terribly impressed.

We usually go to keg sherway. But tried square on location since it’s closer. Does not compare to service and food quality at sherway. The bread was stale. And the pull apart bread w the appetizer was raw inside. The hosts at the entrance were lovely.

Truly excellent taste and perfectly cooked steaks with great sides. The service was also good when it existed. Our server took much longer than he should have between check ins to ensure we weren’t short on drinks/food, etc. had he done so we would have happily ordered more. The bread also arrived quite late after our appetizer and was served with the mains… odd. Not what I expect from the keg

Too many emails after you book a table. Great waste. No one asked about whether we were celebrating a special occasion. It was my wife’s 69 birthday without au ju the prime rib was not moist. I want to make something perfectly clear 6 to 10 months ago. I also sent in a review spoke to a manager. It was good I don’t do this to get anything just to let you know your service was inadequate. How do you feel about?

The Keg continues to be one of my absolute favorite restaurants! I visited last night with my son to celebrate his birthday, and as always, it was a fantastic experience. The ambiance was inviting, the service impeccable, and the food—exquisite! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted warmly, setting the tone for a memorable evening. The staff made my son's birthday celebration extra special with their thoughtful attention. Our steaks were prepared to perfection! Our server Jessica is fabulous! Thank you for consistently providing such exceptional service and creating unforgettable dining experiences. It's places like The Keg that make celebrations even more delightful. Service and food were both excellent! The staff asked why we were there and congratulated the person for his achievement and also gave a celebratory piece of cake. I also appreciated them not trying to push us too quickly through dinner. We all enjoyed the experience.

Like most Keg's the food, service, and atmosphere is always good. Dinner special was Lamb Shank and it was great. First time at this location and like all others every thing was excellent. Parking is behind the Keg, just take your parking ticket with you and the Keg will validate it, so you park for free. All and All a Great Time.

The music was very loud. Even though we had reservations we were placed in a lounge like area, which had bucket chairs and a round table and a bench for seating. It was hard to have a private conversation. Keg use to be a place you could go for a reasonable priced evening out. However, at this point for a little bit more you may as well go to Bluebloods. Not sure we will return.

The service was very good at the beginning but started getting very slow as the place got busier. By the time we ordered dessert it was really slow. I was surprised that even the ice creams took such a long time being something that doesn’t need much preparation. I would still recommend the place but with those expectations.

We both got the sirloin oscar. It was very good. For the price of the meal, I would preferred if tiger shrimp was used instead of salad shrimp. It was our second time with our waiter Addison. He is always a pleasure and provides outstanding service.

Food is what you expect from such a place. But this is steakhouse and steaks are overcooked. Last time, and one before, was the same. It was my last visit to this KEG, and probably to any other KEG as well. If you look for steak, better find other place. Service is good though

The restaurant is beautiful. The food was pretty good but a little on the pricier side for what you're getting. The calamari was delicious with a nice little surprise of jalapeno peppers sprinkled in. My steak was perfectly prepared and came with some beets and mushrooms on the side, both were a nice addition, and complemented the meat well. Devon was our server for the evening and he was great! He was very personable and knowledgeable with the menu. He offered some great recommendations. I will definitely be back to this location when I'm back in town.

Steak was very disappointing. My sister and I both got top sirloin medium. My steak had flavour but was chewy and I didn’t finish it. My sisters steak was much pinker but had no flavour. Neither my daughter or my husband were happy with their steaks either. Have to say the best part of the meal were the beets. I rarely dine so I was very excited to celebrate my daughters champagne birthday at the keg. My last experiences were always 5 star. Not sure what happened this time but I was very disappointed.

I love ❤️ dining at The Keg as one of my favorite food Restaurants of personal choice. The ambiance with my husband is always electric. The wine choice was great the server was nice and friendly. The hostesses were super amazing. They assisted me with one of the gifts I had for my husband's birthday. We absolutely appreciate them doing this. This is my second visit in succession at this location and received poor service. I waited 1 hour to get drinks and bread another 1 hour for finger food then 30 mins later for main course. I complain very nicely that it is a very long time and we are hungry. It was my birthday and kind spoil the moment they waive the fee for the finger food but that is besides the point. I am not returning to this location again. It takes a very longtime to get served with food.

Family celebration at our go to restaurant. Our server Catherine was exceptional - always there when needed, helpful & enthusiastic. Only disappointed when requested lamb special not available well after order placed. However the prime rib sandwich that I had instead was amazing and truly made with love. Calamari a bit rubbery but all mains were devoured. FOH staff were very friendly. Manager kindly compensated for the food miscommunication. Always a happy place to enjoy with family and friends.

Average service. Had to wait in between courses for quite some time. Was not offered bread but had to request it. Server said all the right things but there was no personal touch. Steak was hot but a tad overcooked. Accompanying starch and veggies were served warm only. Salad was not properly mixed to spread the dressing. Was provided a complimentary dessert as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary.

Love the Keg; can never go wrong dining there. We were a group of 10 and sat at table 16 which is a little secluded and feels like you’re in someone’s dinning room. Great food, fantastic service. Keep up the great work!
