Our service and food was outstanding but the booth beside us had a very loud and obnoxious person at the table. It made it difficult to focus on our own conversation and I think that he just didn't handle his alcohol very well. That was no fault of the restaurant.

For the first time ever, my keg meal was not good. The keg has always been a fail safe place to go that you never had to worry about getting a good meal. Well that has now changed for me. My 8oz sirloin ordered med well came at about 6 ounces, was the size of a thick baseball and was way undercooked cooked, and was missing that classic barbecue keg seasoned taste . My string beans were burnt ( I know weird) , extremely over cooked and looked like they were old and mixed in with some fresh new ones , cauliflower mash looked yellow . Husband ordered the 12 ounce New York and got what appeared to be an 8 ounce , he ordered it med and it came well done, also missing that classic keg seasoning , and also had bad veggies. I will say our server was awesome and our wedge salsa were also excellent, however very disappointed in the meal and I am not o e to complain but felt this should be public as I’m not the first as of late to experience this at the keg.

Unfortunately my daughter found a strand of black hair underneath her Caesar salad which was immediately shown to our waiter. None of us has black hair. My husband and I have grey hair son in law has very short brown hair and my daughter has long reddish hair. The manager came over to apologize and comped her meal and also replaced her salad to go. The waiter and manager were very helpful and apologetic.

Took my sister (birthday) there for dinner as it was her first time at The Keg, the server (Trevor) if I recall it right was fantastic as he explained to my sister the difference between the steaks and how they are cooked. She enjoyed the prime rib, dinner as I did mine Teriyaki sirloin, great place for the fine dining thanks to The Keg

The food was spectacular, service was incredible. It was not a long wait to be seated, may have actually been seated shortly before our reservation time and everything was cooked to perfection. Our waiters timing was great, was there moments after we were finished to ask about desert or anything else we may need. The price was not bad as I know what it costs for a good cut of steak, so considering these were cooked perfectly for us and we didn't have to do a thing except drive there, I would certainly recommend it.

Wife’s bday they went above and beyond like usual. We got a new crab cake appetizer but it came out Ice cold they quickly gave us new ones and even comped the app which was a complete surprise because we weren’t mad or anything. Very nice gesture. Gary our service was top notch in joking and overall experience was excellent.

We had a nice time, waitress was awesome. We both ordered the large sized prime rib dinner. The meat wasn’t tender, potato & mushrooms were excellent. Green beans were terrible, I got cooked beets on my plate but my husband didn’t get any. He did enjoy the bread.

I requested a booth and was put at table by window which had a draft, ceiling fan was right above us and turn on high very cold, we order keg classic dinners and when I received my salad the core was still in the iceberg salad which took up half my salad, we received main our course and we got 3 small mushrooms for my girlfriends dinner and I got 4, beets and green beans were our vegetables, which we only received a few green beans and 2 quart pieces of roasted beets, which in my opinion is very cheap as a vegetable and has no taste, they were also black so we didn’t eat them. The fact this dinner was $52 baseball steak and $42 for a 6 oz sirloin, we were utterly disappointed and will not be coming back to this restaurant, last nights dinner looked like the restaurant was trying to save money yet still charging full price for these meals. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a nice steak dinner. The Keg, has always been considered one of the best steak houses, but last night seemed cheap and not thought out properly.
