The service at this establishment has always been top notch. The price creep, over the years, is what’s concerning. We realize the cost of products have risen, but I am at a loss justifying $56 for a steak dinner. I used to bring the wife there, twice a month, on average; but for the last 15yrs, it’s reduced to 2x a year. In all honesty, I personally do not think the quality of the dishes reflect this price point. The alcoholic beverages are outlandishly priced as well.

Service was great but the entres were extremely salty (blackened chicken and vegetarian meat loaf) our entrees were removed from the bill due to this. Management was apologetic. The sides were great as well as the appatizers.

Went for my anniversary, even put that down on the reservation. Seated us in a corner next to a family with 4 little kids so there went our get away from kids. Extra long wait for bread and really nothing special for the price.

We made a reservation using the OpenTable app. It was supposed to be for 4 but only registered for 2. The staff were quick to make the switch and get us seated in a timely manner. We had identified it was a retirement celebration and our server was great at recognizing him and honouring this occasion. The food was excellent! The prices are always high, but you know that going in. The volume was super loud, but it was packed on a Sat night, so it's to be expected. We love the Keg and of course we'll be back.

The Keg is THE place to dine in Sudbury. Recently, we had a private dinner for my dear friend's 50th birthday. We chose the Keg because the level of service is unmatched not to mention the quality of the food, in particular the filet mignon that melted in our mouths. Whether it's to have a great meal in the lounge area or fine dining in the dining room, The Keg is always the winner when in comes to dining out.

We had a wonderful evening at the keg just one disappointment we never received our complimentary desert back for our anniversary they brought it to the table we asked them if we could take it to go they complied but never returned with it so sadly that is my only disappointment about our overall experience

We had a great server who was attentive and helpful. We were celebrating our anniversary and they made it a special evening for us by making sure we enjoyed our dinner from start to finish. When it fell short (steaks over done), service recovery was on point. Host, server, and manager were great - overall service was excellent tonight.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to the Keg, and I seem to remember it being a lot better than our experience. Our waiter was always good to check in, and delivered our items in a timely manner…. but he was also genuinely uninterested in us. It showed/we felt it. Given the price tag of all menu items it should be top notch service! I appreciated his recommendation to get the wedge salad vs Caesar, except it was not tasty… at alllllll). Steaks were good. Cooked well, but not necessarily as tender as I’d hoped. Grilled peppers & zucchini on the side were meh, but potatoes were 👌We ordered plenty of drinks… my whiskey sour fell VERY short. Wine, beers, and our friends drinks were good. Overall, without the level of service & quality of food, I’ll most likely won’t be returning any time soon 🤷‍♀️ it’s a lot of money, and if I’m paying I want to feel like it’s worth it!

The food was excellent as always. The service was good, but not great as we were used to. Seems that the waiter was new at this. My husband had ordered a side dish, which got only delivered after he asked again for it. My husband and I, we like to have a cappuccino after our meal. However, for several months now, this seems not to be available at The Keg anymore. Pity!
