Took a long time to get service. The kitchen restaurant was closed so we were sent to dine the bar area. Service was extremely slow, however service was great when it finally arrived.

The restaurant was closed and we had to sit in the hotel lobby. Didn’t seem like they had any idea about the reservation system. The menu was totally different than what was on open table. That said, our waitress was very nice and attentive.

The restaurant was closed. We were directed to the Pit (lounge) or the bar to have dinner. It took forever to get our food and drinks and it wasn't that crowded. The only good thing that I can say was the Cobb salad really good. My husband had the Fish & Chips which was too salty and the batter was very dense. Not sure that we will ever eat here.

Went in for a late night meal and the service was great! Although it was towards end of night and close to closing, we still received great service. I ordered a salad and it was filling and delish.

We did not end up eating here, after getting there we were told that they have new management and a very limited menu at this time so we left. The man that greeted us was very nice and understanding. He referred us to another restaurant that had more options.

The service was terribly slow. They only had one server on a Saturday night. Saw a lot of people give up and leave. Wish I would if picked some where else.

They had NO idea what they were doing! 3 lines to get in and no one knew which line was the right one. Tickets were 35.00 but I pd almost 90 for 2. This is a tourist trap like no other. I'd stay away!

We thought we had reservations for the Drag Brunch and had planned our morning and early afternoon around this. When we arrived we were told it was sold out and that we should have been directed to a website (which we were not). We noticed that many guests had the same experience. Extremely disappointed as we were a small group gathering from all over California, and excited to be a part of this experience. Would not recommend this to anyone we know (and we know a lot of people in Palm Springs and surrounding areas).

Awful experience. The bartender from the lobby bar had to seat us because there no host or waiter in the restaurant. Food was not up to par. The caesar salad tasted like it came from a bag from the grocery store, the parm cheese on top was stale and the calamari we ordered was in the shape of sticks. So gross.

The overall experience was fun and exciting. We loved the drag show and it's cause. Food was delicious but slightly over priced. Trish the waiter could of had a bit of a better attitude she seemed moody and didn't give the best of service. We drove from far and would of expected a better service.

We came for the Drg Brnch and were not disappointed. We were celebrating 2 birthdays. The food was good and just what I needed after a weekend of dining out. Look out - the bottomless Bloody Mary can be deceiving. Our glasses were kept full. The servers had their hands full with everyone coming at once and wanting to eat before the show. I am not a foodie, so I was very happy with my meal. We will be back.

It was empty in a Saturday night.....which should have been a red flag....the waiter was kind but the food took forever to get out to us...then the item they recommended was no longer available....ordered a brownie sundae for desert....they ran out of vanilla ice cream....so the used whip cream to disguise it...and still tried to charge me...my girl liked her burger si it was not all bad.

I came for the Drag Brunch. The performers and the show itself was incredible. Arial Trampway did a great job as the host, and the crowd was really into it. The food selection was limited. I would have liked a healthier option. I ordered the burger and it was a little too greasy, but the service was good. It was busy but they tried their hardest and we got great seats. Overall I had a great time! This Drag Brunch is a fun Sunday event, my friend who came with me also loved it. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

I eat out all over the world and have never written a bad review about any restaurant before until now. We attended the DRG Brunch on Sunday and while the entertainment was absolutely amazing, the food was beyond pitiful - this is actually not the first time that I have eaten at this restaurant, I was there in March staying at the Hard Rock and it was horrible then too but Sunday was even worse, the 3 of us eating felt extremely sick afterwards and we all ate different food. One of us had what was meant to be "Avocado Toast" and it was simply a Costco looking mix of guacamole with pieces of toast draped around the edges. Another one of us had English muffin egg sandwich which were fake eggs, not even real eggs were used and the cheese melted on it was beyond plasticy looking/asting. Another one of us ate tater-tots which should be hard to mess up, but no, they were oily and as result all of our food was disgusting. I would TOTALLY recommend the DRG show though, THAT was worth the $25 charge and was so FUN- the food I advise against it.

Went for the drag brunch which featured some great entertainers. Unfortunately not a great setup to view the show... Our server was awesome with a great personality. The drinks featured on the brunch menu were ok. The food choices were minimal and not what I was expecting. I very very underwhelmed and unsatisfied. The value really isn't there for the price and we won't be returning.

This is a tough one. We tried to get last minute reservations for the Drag Brunch on a recent Sunday, but it was booked solid. Open Table did allow us to get a reservation for right after the brunch show - that was fine (we were most interested in trying the food anyway). We arrived in time for our 1:15 reservation as the show was winding down (it looked like a lot of fun - will definitely plan ahead the next time!). The desk did say we would have to wait a few minutes while they cleared the tables, But, the 15 minute wait turned into a good hour+ and there did not seem to be much urgency on the part of the staff, although the maitre d'hotel was very reassuring in a nice way. Once we did get seated, the meal was fabulous and creative. It was worth the wait. My only advice would be for Open Table and the Hard Rock to better coordinate the reservation times.

We were in Palm Springs for our honeymoon and went to The Kitchen based on friend recommendations. Our server, Brandon, couldn't have been nicer, but that's the only positive. Brandon ended up comping our meal after (a) it took 40 minutes for our app to arrive, (b) it took another 35 minutes for 1 of our two meals to arrive, and (c) the replaced missing meal was wrong. An awful experience.

Probably the worst food I've ever had in Palm Springs. Everyone at our table hated their entree.s. The bloody Mary's were weak and the waiters overwhelmed. Would never go back. The show was fun but way too much talking between performers

They need to work on their service and food. Long wait. Someone else brought us food, wasn't ours dropped it off, we ate it because no one came back to check on us and then our order came 30 minutes later. Empty drinks and no ketchup. Food was cold and could tell it was in the window for awhile. With this said, I think this is fixable with proper management.

The food was absolutely not what was expected. The "chicken and waffles" was really just chicken triangles you would see in a school cafeteria and dry frozen waffles. The grilled cheese had little to no cheese.

The service was truly outstanding and the wait staff were super attentive, friendly and professional. We attended the Drag Brunch. The host was very entertaining and the performers really gave it their all. My one criticism was I would have liked more performance and less preoccupation with getting tips. Maybe that is a drag performance thing but I thought it detracted from the actual show. The food was shockingly awful, fried chicken and waffles was really chicken nuggets and waffles, the waffles were actually good, if i wanted chicken nuggets i would have gone to MacDonald's. The drinks on the other hand were very good and plentiful. Do not think I would order food next time if we returned.
