They definitely need to upgrade the prime rib! It was so tough you could hardly cut it never mind trying to chew it. Also crab should be hot not cold. If someone wants cold then they can leave it to cool before eating it but there's no way to make it hot. Other than this, very good food and selection!

This was one of the best meals we have had in a long time. We had the steak and shrimp special and everything was cooked perfectly. The waiter was the perfect amount of attentive. 2 meals and 3 drinks for around $60. Will be going back

My fiancé took me for my birthday to the Crack and crab seafood buffet. Almost all of the food I tried was outstanding! Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating. We will definitely return.

Attended the all you can eat crab night and it was extremely disappointing. Crab was served cold and the butter wasn't in fact butter at all. It was a horrible tasting oil that quickly turned into a gel upon bringing it back to the table. My family couldn't make it through 1 plate of crab because of the poorly tasting oil served as butter. Highly over prized and highly disappointing. Service was extremely slow to get drinks.

Fantastic experience. It was my daughter's birthday so we decided to splurge for Crab Night. Our waiter was attentive and had a great sense of humor. As we regularly go to the Kitchen Buffet, other staff stopped by to say hello and chat, which is nice. The food was delicious as always.....you always have the best soup! After we ate, our server brought my daughter a piece of cake on a nicely decorated plate and sang happy birthday to her. Well worth the cost.

We went for the Sunday CRAB Buffet and it was excellent. Lots of crab plus other seafood, salads, pasta, baron of beef with Yorkshire. Great dessert selection. Great service. The Kitchen restaurant was very clean & tidy. The buffet was well displayed. The price is $69.00 per person but well worth it. Coffee, tea & soda's included. Good job River Cree!

We were always impressed with the service whenever we dined at 'The Kitchen' but last night it was a disappointment. Even though the used dishes and wine glasses were removed in a timely manner, we were not offered any water refills but that's ok. I wanted coffee so both my girlfriend and I had to raise our arms in the air to get someone's attention. We thought we did but the server instead coming to our table went to the group of servers standing near the kitchen and another server heading to the kitchen has to tell the group we needed attention. This lack-a-daisical service was uncalled for as it was a slow night. This did not put a damper on our night out as the birthday girl had a huge win playing the slots.

The team at The Kitchen is awesome... We go there regularly - our server, Kunal, who is our server as per request is the best server ever. I'd give him 20 out of 10 stars for his kindness, quick work, and making our dining experience an enjoyable one. The only downside is the value for money as it's the same food every Sunday, and the crabs have become very soft and watery. Overall, I'm always satisfied because of the staff... Thats why we go back. Way to go Kunal and Team Kitchen

The host was very courteous. He also ensured we were aware of the layout of the buffet, and informed us of future buffets available. Our server, Raj, was extremely professional, polite and made the evening very enjoyable. The food was incredible! We went on crab night for a birthday, and there were so many other selections to appeal to everyone in our group. A special thank you to everyone, and especially those clearing the tables constantly, to ensure there was no clutter. The whole experience reminded me of being on a cruise ship years ago. Each person contributed to an amazing experience for my family. Well done, and we'll be sure to be back again!!

My wife and I went for dinner on Sunday evening our reservation was for 6 we got there at 5 and got seated right away. The food was very good although if you are not a spice person you have to read what you are putting on your plate. Overall a very good experience we will be going back for another date.

The staff and service are amazing. The food was all very good. I usually only go on Saturdays now because the main attraction, the beef brisket, is amazing. My only complaint about the Friday buffet is the prime rib. I wish they would use a better quality supplier as it’s hit and miss when it comes to their prime rib. Having said that, their waiter staff is the BEST in Edmonton and make up for anything minor.

It is getting too pricey for the buffet Even though it was crab night the crab isn’t the greatest . Also mothers Day had way better food then Father’s Day yet we paid the same . Probably won’t go back for awhile
