The food was good but the service was very messy. We ended up missing our next reservation because the servers couldnt figure out our bills and had to re do them multiple times.

We went for Trivia night which was awesome and lots of fun! Highly recommend it. However when our party arrived 2 were turned away as they were minors. Nowhere on their site do they mention no minors nor does it mention it in the booking process. It really put a damper on the birthday dinner.

The team really looks after everyone for the man UTD games (even the 6am games we’re greeted with a smile). The breakfast is always good. Khatira and Jonny give great service too!

Our table used the QR code to pay for our bill but our server told us one of the bills wasn’t paid. I suspect this wasn’t her fault and simply was a technical issue. She asked us to wait a few minutes for her to figure it out on her end which we did for about 15-20 minutes before we simply left. Not a fault of our server but we weren’t waiting longer than that when we each had a receipt on our end.

It was my first time at Lamplighter, the bar itself overall it’s fine, but I was really dissatisfied with my 6 people table reservation. When I got there my table wasn’t ready, and afterwards they gave us one small table with only 2 chairs. When my friends arrived afterwards they where asked to stay in line, the security guard didn’t even let them speak with the front desk staff to say that they had a reservation. The service was pretty bad, took us a while to finally order food, and we ate with our hands because they didn’t give us silverware.

I was at Lamplighter with couple friends for my sister’s birthday. I would definitely say that the good was great but I wasn’t too happy with the service and ambience. It was very dead and our server was very slow.
