What can I say....pretty much a disaster from the minute we walked in. We were a group of 6, with 2 people arriving first so they say at the bar to grab a drink. One person got their drink and in the meantime the other guests arrived so the table was sat. We were told that the drink tab would be transferred and the 2nd drink would follow shortly. By time everyone sat and the server came to get drink orders from the rest of the group, it was obvious that the drink order at the bar had been forgotten about. That was the start of our issues. We then ordered a few appetizers to share, and after about 10 minutes were told that one of the items wasn't available, so we made a 2nd choice. It finally came out about 15 minutes later. After waiting another 15 minutes or so for the 2nd appetizer, we asked if the first appy was coming, only to learn that the server "didn't hear us order it" so we said not to worry about it as she said our entrees would be ready shortly. We'd now been at the restaurant for 50+ minutes. About 10 minutes later, who I believe was the manager brought us the original appy with apologies and told us we wouldn't be charged for it, which was a nice gesture. We were told that our entrees would be up within 3 minutes. 20 minutes later, we still didn't have food. 4 of the 6 entrees arrived about 10 minutes later (an hour and 20 mins after being seated). We were then told that the 5ht entree had incorrectly been made with meat despite a request for no meat, and had to be re-made. The server then looked blankly at the 6th guest and said "what did you have again?" then realizing that she'd neglected to put in her food. They then scrambled to get the final 2 entrees to us, and we finally all had food an hour and forty minutes after being sat. The food overall was quite good, but the experience was absolutely horrendous. The restaurant ended up covering the last 2 entrees, but frankly it wasn't even close to enough to save the experience.

it’s a cute place to go but all the female servers were ditsy and didn’t seem like they knew anything about the menu. whenever you would ask a question they would give you a yes or no answer.
for example: “do you have apple juice?” no we don’t
they would said “no we don’t but we have .....”
overall the servers were extremely poor and rude but the food was okay. nothing super special
This was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had for a while. We made a reservation, but when we arrived they were not ready. Staff were flustered and disorganized. We asked for five black iced coffees (which he repeated back to us) and after 20 minutes our server brought us five iced coffees with milk. When we questioned this, he stated that black iced coffee was impossible and asked that we take the coffee with milk anyway to avoid waste. If black iced coffee was not an option, he should have stated this upon our order, rather than bringing us something we didn’t want. He stated that it was “maybe” his fault for bringing us the wrong drinks.
Forty minutes after our arrival, we were asked for our food order. The only specification made was that the eggs on one order be very well done, and fact that again repeated back and seemed to understand. An hour later, our food arrived. Multiple tables around us received their food in less time. We wanted to immediately enjoy our food, which was very nicely presented..and we had no cutlery. When we brought this to our servers attention, it took another ten minutes to get cutlery.
When we dug into our now cold breakfast, the eggs that were requested well done were extremely runny. When we pointed this out to our server, he sighed heavily, but made no offer to correct the mistake.
We quickly finished our breakfast and requested the bill. After seeing our server attend to multiple tables rather than bring our bill, we approached the bar and once again requested our bill. The server seemed shocked that we were disappointed and asked if it was just the kitchen that made mistakes, or if he had a role in our disappointment.
Although there were aspects of the experience that were outside of his control, he made our coffee, took far too long to take our order, wasn’t motivated to correct mistakes, and took little pride in doing his job well. This was a ridiculous 2+ hour event on a Sunday morning in a half empty restaurant.
Fairly new restaurant so lots of room for improvement. A LOT of potential to be really good!
The food was amazing! We also had excellent service! Definitely recommend this place!
food, atmosphere & service was absolutely amazing
The restaurant just wasn't ready to open unfortunately. Wait staff were confused, taking orders on their Apple notes, drinks orders were very slow, menu very very limited. We left early. Looking forward to restaurant being open and operating properly as staff were friendly and apologetic, and the place has a nice look and vibe.
Food was tasty
Staff very friendly. Off the street. Worth a stop!
