Led by Executive Chef, Brendan Phelps the @cutthroatchef and his team. Sourcing as close to home as possible, we are dedicated to bringing you local produce and proteins on our intimate menu.
Nestled in the Monashee Mountains and surrounded by established forest, you will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, but in fact are just a 10-minute drive from downtown Revelstoke.
Our cocktail menu reflects our dining menu with local ingredients, housemade syrups and eclectic pairings.
Featuring a rotating menu so you can come and enjoy the Chef's new creations right through the summer.
Opening June 15th through to end of September, Wednesday - Saturday from 5.30pm.

    The whole experience was fantastic. I didn’t catch our servers name but she was very knowledgeable and attentive. We started with the scallops and had the duck and halibut as our mains. Definitely one of our best meals from Chef Brendan!

    We had a wonderful experience. The food was exceptional. Service with Rebecca was well above expectation in comparison to any other restaurant in Revelstoke. Amazing views and the Lodge is exquisite.

    This was the most delicious food I have had in Revelstoke! We have incredible restaurants here so that is saying a lot. Presentation, taste & creativeness was all so impressive.

    The staff at the nest were exceptional, kind welcome, genuinely friendly and helpful. Cocktails delicious, food delicious and wine delicious! Slightly expensive but for a special treat ok!

    Amazing food, service and atmosphere! Lived up to all the hype I had been hearing. Hats off to the chef, Brendan Phelps (I believe is who the waitress said). Plating of the dishes were so beautiful, almost didn't want to eat them. Thank you! Will definitely be back!

    The Nest was terrific. The food was very good and the largest really well set. The views from dinner were great and we were seated right away. It was difficult to get the reservation but eventually I figured it out. The noise level from the nearby road is very high at times. The staff was so helpful and the food was excellent and the views are stunning.

    Excellent service. Cocktails, 2 appys, 2 mains and the chocolate dessert were wonderful. The peach dessert was disappointing. Overall, a lovely addition to the local dining scene.

    Really good, delicious food. Shares a starter and dessert, and had 2 mains. All were excellent. Servers were attentive and friendly and the ambiance was quite relaxed (think there was only 3 other tables). It is expensive but the food is worth it if money isn't am issue or for a special occasion. Would recommend.

    We so enjoyed our evening. Fabulous services, the food was absolutely delicious and the servers were incredibly knowledgeable. We loved that the servers were able to provide excellent recommendations for pairing drinks with our entrees and desert.

    Left us awestruck. Perfect across the board :). The food was spectacular and every morsel was flavourful. Each bite complimented the last. Service was spectacular and the view was magnificent. A must have.

    My husband and I went there for our Anniversary dinner . Just walking up to the restaurant we knew it’s going to be a great experience !! The service was fabulous and the food was 10/10 !!! The plating was amazing and every bite was delicious !!! We don’t drink alcohol so I can’t speak about any of the drinks they offer . Can’t wait to go there again for a special occasion 🙂

    One of the best dining experiences I've had in awhile. The flavours are amazing and ate things I didn't use to like! Zucchini appetizer is a must! Service is lovely and attentive and the views are spectacular. It is pricey but worth it and the portion size is good. All in all a wonderful experience and a must!

    The food was good, however the price of dishes was high for the quality, creativity and quantity of food. The service was ok, but did not reflect the price paid for dinner and the ambiance. The view was beautiful, the ambiance and music was great which made the experience overall positive. It was nice to get out of Revelstoke for dinner.

    I recently learned the Nest was open to the public through the summer months as I attended Eagle Pass's night of music on the lawn (which was outstanding, congratulations to Suzi and the Eagle Pass teams, and Shoestring Necktie for their performance). Realizing the restaurant would be a perfect option for a special occasion, I brought my mother for dinner on her first visit to Revelstoke. The service was outstanding and our meals and drinks were delightful (my thanks to the Nest for even including fancy alcohol-free options on their drinks menu). I was very impressed to learn many of the vegetables and herbs are cultivated and harvested on-site. Overall, this experience was a special treat.

    Our first time at The Nest! Superb dining experience. From the fresh bread with huckleberry butter to ribbons of zucchini over crème fraiche with a tempura flower blossom on top to beautifully prepared halibut with asparagus, potatoes and a sauce that was spoon worthy. All paired with a Sandman Rose out of Kelowna. We couldn’t decide on the desserts so we got both. Works of art - especially the lemon bar with triangles of granola on top that looked like the mountains we were surrounded by.
