We are a steak house that dynamically cooks fresh ingredients in a wood burning oven. Together with the popping sound of the firewood and its sweet-smelling aroma, please enjoy the skill of the chef, the appeal of the ingredients, and the simple but perfect taste woven by the flame. As well as terrace seating and a private room where you can enjoy a painting by Paul Ching-Bor, we also have a tasting room where you can enjoy New World wines collected from all over the world. You can enjoy light meals throughout the day at the stylish bar located in between us and the Chinaroom.

    スタイリッシュでフォーマルなディナーにしたい時にぴったりです。値段は高いですが、それなりのサービスとステイタス感は受けることができます。大切な人とゆっくりした時間を過ごすのには一番だと思います。

    Excellent service and perfect wait staff made up for the very disappointing filets that were served. Perfect wine pairings with the seafood appetizer plate (9600 yen) along with the hokkaido scallops. Australian filet (7600 yen) and american filet (8400 yen) were cooked medium but arrived dryer than a martini...obviously allowed to "rest" for too long. Perfect for an american style roast beef sandwich smothered with mayo but not for a Grand Hyatt Tokyo looking to compete with the other dozen or so exceptional steak houses. My fault for expecting a perfect steak on a busy Friday night...will have another go during lunch sometime for a steak fix. Love the ambience but don't care for the crowded bar patrons visibility from the dining area. Thankfully, I know to get a table away from that noise. Super busy kitchen that looks like they along with wait staff could use a few more bodies to assist.

    Good food. Nice ambiance. Hurried waiter accidentally dripped the sweat from his brow onto the table...came back with cloth to wipe...just barely missed my drink. Which had to request twice for its whereabouts before it appeared to toast with my dates melting mojito... Not sure what the manager is doing...kitchen staff great judging by the food, but the service staff appear to be overworked and underpaid.

    ランチで利用しました。客層は年齢高めで、雰囲気も落ち着いています。ランチのステーキコースでしたが、終了するまで約2時間強。量も多めでした。デザートのチーズケーキはちょっと大味でした。ゆっくり話を楽しみながら食事するのにおすすめす。

    料理は文句なしで当日のスタッフの対応もとても良かったです。 ただネットで予約をしたのですが2、3点確認したい事があったので電話で問い合わせたのですが、その時に電話対応して下さった方の対応には少し不満に思うところがありました…行く前から少しゲンナリしてたのですが当日のスタッフの方たちはとても気持ちの良い接客をしてくれたので最終的には良かったと思います。 顔の見えない電話での対応ですしこちらも気にし過ぎだと思うようにしましたが今後改善されるともっと素晴らしいお店になると思います。また、利用させて頂きます。

    友人と飲みに行く前に軽く食べて行こうとよりました。 まずはエレベーターの案内の時点で上まで行かない方のエレベーターに乗せられ。乗換えさせられ。 飲む前なので飲み物頼まなかったのが気にくわないのか嫌な顔され。 パンが出てきても、言わないとおしぼり持ってこない。 接客はオレ様接客でした。外資はそうなのかもね。 私にはあいませんでした。 料理は美味しかったですが、もう利用しません。

    海外からの友人や同僚と食事をする際に愛用させてもらっています。 アレルギーがある場合も的確に対応頂けるのと、その日の調子や好き嫌いを伝えるとオススメのメニューを提示頂けるので、その場で慌てることなく落ち着いて料理を決めることが出来ます。 外の眺めはビルの合間とは思えないほど、落ち着いていて、ゆったりとした時間を過ごすことが可能です。 また伺いたいと思います。

    店内の席を予約したのですが、お邪魔した日は天気が良く、間口が全て開け放たれており、テラスで食事しているような感覚で気持ちよかったです。サービスは文句なしにすばらしく、料理も美味しかったです。

    接待でランチ利用しましたが、全くの期待外れで、グランドハイアットのブランド力と立地の良さ以外は、使う理由は無いように感じました。 CHEF'S SELECTION LUNCH SETを頼みましたが、メイン料理チョイスの国産牛ホホ肉のブレゼ マッシュポテト 赤ワインとエシャロットのソースは、非常にソースが大味で、単調、直ぐに飽き来る味で、全部は食べることが出来ませんでした。ソースのレシピで塩かブイヨンを入れ忘れたような味です。はっきり言うとマズイです。 サーヴィスも、水を注ぐ際にボトルをウェイターがテーブルに落としてしまい、クロスはビチョ濡れですが替えようともせず、有料と事前に何の説明もなく注がれた水は、お会計も際に初めて知ったのですが、ボトルで1900円、料理が美味しくなかったので、水で流し込ためにお代わりしていたら、2本分のボトル料金がチャージされていました。 気を付けなければならないのは、サーヴィスレヴェルは、上記のミスがなかったとしても、他のホテルと同レヴェルですが、サーヴィス料は15パーセントと高いです。 偶然、レストラン側のミスが私のテーブルに集中した可能性もありますが、残念な飲食体験となりました。

    コースでしたが量がすごかったです。 全部ポーションが大きい。大きすぎるような気も…。 外人サイズですかね。 その辺の説明が最初にあれば良かったかな。 あとは店員がたくさんいるんだけど、なぜかつかまらない（笑） そこそこの値段取るなら、もう少しテーブル見て回ってくれるといいですね。

    Ate here with a business colleague. The food was good quality - we had steak. Both were succulent and the fries were crisp and well seasoned. The wine was very nice although my colleague disliked the ipad wine menu. I thought some of the "choose your wine" suggestions were fun. However what let it down was the service. We had to ask for water twice, my colleague specifically asked for English mustard which was forgotten and we had to remind them. We had to signal several times to get service. It just felt like they were not trying very hard. Restaurant didn't seem overly busy so maybe they were just understaffed that day.

    エアドライではないがオージービーフの旨みをしっかり焼いてくれる。アメリカのステーキハウスの一流には及ばないが、焼き加減も大体指定どおり。 サラリーマンのランチタイムだったが、この値段で来る人はそんなにいないので、快適に過ごせた。あまり安いところだと、おばさんパワーでやかましいので、ここはそこまで女性客に席巻されてるわけでないのでお勧めです。

    Good for business lunches. Easy location. Great ambience/decor, open, airy, high ceilings. Food is always somehow disappointing. Not terrible, but consistently missing something. Service is slow af. Literally have to chase staff down for every little thing, every time.

    友人の誕生日祝いでいきました。 料理、雰囲気は良かったですが、サービスがいまいちでした。 友人達も同意見でしたが、サービスマン達のにこやかさは無し。 誕生日プレートを持ってきても、写真を撮りましょうかの一言もなく、プレートを置いたらそのまま去られました。サービス料15%も取るわりには、サービストレーニングを疑う感じで、サービスだけが残念でした。

    Thoroughly enjoyed. Kobe was great. My one suggestion would be to improve food presentation. The decor of the interior was modern yet warm but the plating and presentation of the meal was very underwhelming considering its quality. Would still recommend. Bar was also top notch. Cigars were great.

    雰囲気も良く、料理のＣＰもまずまずです。サーブしてくれる店員も気が利いています。ただ料理にしろ、お酒（ワイン）にしろ、何かと金額が高くなってしまうのに気をつけたほうがよいと思います。結局この日は2人でグラスワインを8杯飲み、料理の代金以上に高くなってしまいました。グラスワインも良いものを入れているようです。

    Always a pleasure to dine at Oak Door. Impeccable service and flavors - especially the grilled scallops. This time, though, the food came out a bit fast - this is slow dining time, so didn't want to eat the cold prawn cocktail together with hot grilled scallops at the same time. No doubt the robust kitchen can crank out the food given the heavy volume at late night and Fridays, but no need to rush on a Wednesday at 7pm :-) Other than that, all around another fine experience.

    The ambiance at the Oak Door is gorgeous, and I love the surroundings, look, and moody dining room. The wait staff are excellent, and very attentive. My only problem was the food, most of which was good but I was not impressed by the steak I had. I had an Australian cut of filet, and it honestly was dry and kind of overcooked, and just not very good. I ate it without complaint, but I have had MUCH better at competing steakhouses in Tokyo such as Ruth Chris. And honestly, the steak at Outback is juicier and better cooked than the one I had at Oak Door. So for the amount I spent, I just wasn't impressed. Other dishes like the scallops were quite good. So I would recommend the restaurant, but maybe not for the meat.

    二度目の利用です。 おしぼりも出されないままパンが運ばれてきました。 おしぼりはお声がけしないと頂けませんでした。 ４人の小さなグループでしたが、サーブする方は誰がどのお料理をオーダーしたのか覚えておらず（わざわざ聞いてくれていたにも関わらず…）目の前に違ったお料理を置かれました。私達がお料理を交換する間もお詫びの一言もなく少し驚きました。 パンの追加を聞いてくださったのでお願いしたのですが、いつまでもパンは持ってきて頂けず、結局デザートがサーブされました。お祝いも兼ねてのランチでしたのでクレームはしませんでしたが、終始間の抜けた接客で呆れました。 お値段以外はファミレスと大差ありません。

    1ヶ月近く前にこちらを通して予約し伺いましたが、当日通して頂いたのは隅っこの狭く暗いお席でした。記念日でしたからそれなりにきちんとした格好で来ていましたし、お店も決して混んでいる様子ではなかったのですぐに変更をリクエストし移動。対応して頂きありがたかったのですが、食前のドリンクオーダーしても最初の料理がきてから催促してようやく届き、一言のエクスキューズもありませんでしたし、食事中忘れた頃におしぼりが届けられ...他にもとても残念な点がありました。料理はとても美味しかったのですが、サービスがこれではビジネスにもプライベートにもとてもオススメができません。残念としかいえません。改善されることを期待します。
