    Entrées were not good, three people ordered the steak and lobster special and the lobster for two out of the three were small and lacked flavor. The steak had no seasoning and very overcooked. Two out of three people sent back their dish because it was not edible. Not the birthday experience that I’d hope for. I will probably not return again. The calamari was delicious, no other saving grace

    Very disappointing experience and I love the palm and been coming for years, steak wasn’t cooked right, dry as can be, the half and half, potato chips were stale…again, very disappointing

    Decided to go back to this place after several years. Our waitress was excellent and made good recommendations. The appetizers were great! Then it went downhill, my steak was well done, our waitress brought it back and the Mgr offered to accommodate with other foods items while I waited for my new steak. I declined & decided to wait. Got my steak it was medium/rare, all is well until I turn it around and it’s burnt on the other side. At this point I lost my appetite I didn’t want a remake again or anything else. Was definitely disappointed. My wife ordered the crab fried rice risotto. The risotto was inconsistent, some parts were not cooked all the way. The Mgr did make up for it, I will say service was on point & they tried to correct their errors. I don’t think I would go back there’s no comparison consistency in the kitchen. I was definitely disappointed. The amount spent was not worth the quality.

    We have been here at least 20 times over the years and last night was a big disappointment. We had dinner at the bar, which was almost empty. Bartender got my drink wrong and had remind them for water twice. We also had ask for the bread basket three times l, but when they brought it everything was stale except the pretzel roll. Entrees were great, but the service was sub par at best, very different than our past visits. Oh yeah, when we got the bill they had added an extra martini to the total as well. They seemed unorganized and not well trained.

    We loved our meal and our experience. We did think the lobster special was $99 and when the waiter said we only have four pound lobsters we said ok. Turns out the four pound lobster special was $139 rather than $99 and we didn’t realize that until we got the check. That was an unwelcome surprise at the end but overall we still had a great night.
