First time going to The Palm for Thanksgiving. They did not disappoint. Service was excellent and food was delicious. We've been to the restaurant numerous times in numerous locations. I highly recommend it.

Overall the food was outstanding despite the mixed reviews. The shrimp cocktail had 4 colossal sweet shrimps. The chopped salad was the best I have ever had with fried onions, walnuts, blue cheese and delicious dressing. The sea bass was cooked to perfection and the bone in rib-eye was so delicious. Restaurant had nice ambiance and being there the day before Thanksgiving wasn’t busy so noise level was fine. Highly recommend.

This is my favorite restaurant in an Atlantic City casino. The food is always excellent. Service is top notch. They frequently have good specials. Use the Landry's card and get rewarded for dining there. Plus they accept Caesars Reward Credits on a 1:1 basis, so you can use the RCs to pay for the meal and then get a credit on the Landry card. I highly recommend the "Always in Fashion" if you like an Old Fashioned cocktail. The veal parm never disappoints and is a favorite as well. For dessert try the Zeppole, which is warm donut holes and dipping sauces. Trust me it tastes way better than it sounds.

We ordered 2 NY strip steaks and they gave Us 2 T-bone-steaks. We kept the steaks because We don’t like sending Our food back. Not sure who cut the steaks but they did a HORRIBLE job. Our steaks weren’t cooked like We ordered them, so We sent them back. They weren’t any different when the server returned with them. Both steaks had a lot of fat on them. We didn’t expect that for a 2 / $68 steaks. Our server went to tell the Manager. She came to the table and I don’t feel She handled the situation properly. She asked My Husband if He wanted another steak and We said no because by then We were turned off. She did offer dessert or drinks. We declined because why would we want those items, we didn’t have a problem with the drinks or dessert. We frequent Your restaurant and have never had an issue. We won’t be back no time soon.

Prices were high quality steakhouse expensive, but it does not meet that level. Steaks(2 filet and 2 Ribeye were ordered) were inconsistent quality. No better than an Outback. Decor of room was plain, no elegance at all. Again, not meeting the price point. I would not visit again. Better choices in AC.

Could not ask for anything else but a perfect evening.. Everything from our waiter, the food, the atmosphere it was great. The Palm was the excellent choice to spend our 1st Anniversary dinner together. I had the Sea Bass Oscar wow was that delicious and add that with a side of Shrimp Risotto and Au Gratin potatoes.. yummy! The Mrs had the Pappardelle Wagyu Bolognese which was also very good.. After the meal our waiter, sorry I forgot your name, brought over a delicious desert on the house to help celebrate our Anniversary. Definitely will be back..

High noise level is NOT energetic. It’s annoying and distracting. Don’t market it like it’s a good thing. We received drinks, bread, appetizer and salad. Then an hour passed before we we got our meals. No offer for drink refills. It’s like we were forgotten. People seated behind us who came in half an hour after we did were nearly finished with their meal before we received our main course. The manager offered us two free desserts. We were full but we asked for an order of donut holes and passed on the second dessert. Ten minutes later, our wait came out and said it would be another 15 minutes because a fresh batch was being made. We told him not to bother because we had been there long enough. The manager comped the salad and appetizer and admitted it was the kitchen’s fault. Additionally, our waiter suggested that we apply for a Landry rewards card and said we’d pay $25 for membership but that we’d get $25 to spend on our next meal so it would offset the fee, and he left a brochure at our table. During the long lull while waiting for our main course, we created an account through the app and paid the $25 membership fee via credit card. Our waiter then told us that we should’ve waited for him to give us a membership number so we could earn points for tonight’s meal. He suggested that we let him apply for a new membership for us and that we call our credit card company to dispute the charge and ultimately have it refunded, which we declined. Seems we’ve missed out on the $25 promo. They ended up comping our salad and appetizer ($45). Our gigi salad, grilled octopus, lobster gnocchi and veal chop were delicious.

Horrible Horrible Horrible. Went for my 30th birthday last night and wish i never went our waiter came to our table about 2-3 was just walking around us no paying attention pretty much blocked us out. Food was horrible we we all got they specials they were offering and literally sent everything back including the sides smh except the chicken parm that was they only thing solid. We were expecting way better experience then this. Even the food runner told us how bad the food was. The manager come to our table and literally have to comp majority of our bill except for drinks and couple apps. Don’t never come here and plus it’s next store to a strip club so you only imagine the smell mixed with the AC atmosphere. If you don’t know.

This is a classic Steakhouse that is always good. I went with a guest on a Monday night and it was very quiet. That was good for us but not so great for the restaurant. We visited this restaurant often and are really disappointed.

Billy our server was excellent. All our apps, entrees and sides were cooked to perfection. The Manager, Jim stopped by our table and was warm & hospitable, made us feel like we were home.

You are not going to find a better steakhouse or restaurant in Atlantic City. The Palm knows steaks! Not my first time, won't be my last time. The also have a couple traditional Italian American dishes. Someone in your group should always get something from the special menu. The sides are al a carte but sharable, I recommend the hash browns.

We were greeted with the warm smiling face of Chrissy who pulled out the table for us. Nice touch! Julien who was our waiter was knowledgeable and attentive. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. 9/27/23 The weekend before 9/23/ 23 we went into the Palm without a reservation and sat in the bar area. As we were dining we watched as the hostess helped a man in distress find a casino chip he had dropped on the floor. Without any luck he gave up and was leaving when we watched as "Chrissy" the hostess walked up to him and said "I found it"and returned the 100 dollar Chip. How refreshing to see Honesty still exists. This man was almost out the door! We spoke with Chrissy afterwards and she was bubbly, funny and knowledgeable. I hope The Palm Managers knows what a Gem they have working for them? Honesty should be rewarded! Thank you Chrissy for the wonderful experience while dining at the Palm. We will be back!

Chrissy, who said that she was the hostess was extremely informative and pulled out our table for us. You can tell that she really cares about her job and the reputation of the restaurant. I think her job title should be "ambassador of hospitality " because she really cares about how your experience going to be at the Palm. Jairo our server was excellent and made our dining experience top notch. Everything was cooked to perfection. Thank you Chrissy and Jairo. Great job!

Great meal. Sunday night of holiday weekend still nailed it. Ambiance is what it is - a bustling steakhouse. But salads, steaks, veal chops, sides all excellent. Server (Hilo, sp?) was also awesome.
