   My daughter brought me her Mother’s Day tea, and everything was exceptional. High tea at Palm Court never disappoints!

   Our visit was on Friday May 9, 2025, We came directly from the airport . We were early for our reservation, and we were seated in the bar area. Ambiance: Entrance to the main foyer area; elegant and tasteful as was the designated tea experience area. Service: Our bar wait person; Robin was just phenomenal! Hands down, he made the best ever Bloody Mary using Canadian Vodka. We were escorted to our table when it was time for our tea. The menu was thoroughly explained along with inquires as to if anyone had any food allergies. Food: Nice selection to choose from. Upon arrival to our table, the food presentation was simply delightful. We all enjoyed our food and tea selections . Added note: We had multiple people bringing the food and Tea. Everyone was gracious and friendly. .

   The only thing missing for me would be a little ''purse holder'' next to the tables that require it. I just came back from CDMX (Mexico city), and all high end restaurants/cafés have this. Otherwise, we have to have our purse on the floor, or squeezed on the seat with us, which is not comfortable. The ''purse holder'' looks like a tiny coatrack and is sooooo practical, and does not disturb the ''look'' of the place in my opinion.

   Le décor était relaxant près du feu, l'ambiance était calme et accueillante. Le service était impeccable. Des mini sandwichs aux Scones et mini desserts, tout était parfait. Mon Darjeeling blanc était bon.

    Lovely leisurely High Tea experience. Staff was attentive and friendly and tasting menu was delicious. Many teas to choose from. Added drinks for a special birthday celebration and everyone thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon escape.
