Afternoon tea at the Palms Court was a wonderful experience. The cost for valet parking was high ($28) but convenient. It was surprising that even though the staff was aware that this was a birthday celebration, there was not a courtesy recognition as other high-end restaurants do (e.g. complimentary drink /dessert).

Mimosas, tea and tasting selection was beyond fabulous, but what makes this experience worth every penny is the impeccable service. Truly a memorable experience with my daughter and goddaughter.

C'est un super beau moment passé chez vous. Tout est parfait, l'accueil, le service, la nourriture, la belle table, la vaisselle, la belle fleur. Merci à Myriam, quelle gentillesse et professionnalisme. Par contre, ce n'est pas abordable pour tout le monde malheureusement.

The ambiance and food was fantastic. Our dishes were chipped and not as clean as we would like. It took a very long time to get to place our order as well as to get our tea. When we did get our tea the water was warm but not hot. Given the price of the experience I would have expected more.

Afternoon tea at the Ritz is poor value for money; the food doesn't correspond to what you pay for it, nor does the tea. Also, you can't just have tea when you book a table but must order the whole food+tea combo.

Celebrated my friend’s birthday at the Palm Court on Sunday. Wonderful service from all staff, especially Daniel who brought us complementary champagne for her birthday. Great food and ambiance. Cannot recommend it enough!

Wonderful Tea with friends. Special mention to Lilian who provided excellent advice and service, a great representative for RitzCarlton. The food was a tasty blend of finger sandwiches and scones that are among the best I have had……..so buttery, they put those served at Fortnum&Mason to shame 😉

It was a perfect way to celebrate my daughter’s 30th birthday. I loved the occasion and the attention we were given. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend the valet parking service. Hassle free. Everything served was tasty. A very elegant time.

Ambience and decor were nice and relaxing. I was glad they offer vegan option, however, the sandwiches were dry and weren’t freshly made on order. I did like the chocolate sweet though, the mousse filling was really smooth and melt-in-the-mouth yummy. My friend said her apple shaped sweet was too sweet for her so she didn’t finish it. Tea options were vast and ended up ordering another flavour from the menu, rose + pepper, and ginger + citrus they were refreshing. Service was good. They were kind enough to hold our table after informing them over the phone that we were running 10 mins late looking for the place. They said there’s a C$10 additional charge if 30 mins late, not too bad. We then waited another 10 mins to be seated. Overall, it was just a nice one time experience. I will never go back after the issue with the sandwiches.

Hi, Even though I was full by the end of it, I did not find it worth the money. The sandwiches were delicious, the scones were fine but I've had better and the desserts were too rich. I don't think I'd repeat the experience. The room is lovely and the service was very professional.

Pour l'option sans gluten, je demanderais au chef de déguster les sandwich du premier service. Le pain est le pire que j'ai mangé de toute ma vie de cœliaque. Le pain SG doit souvent être servi grillé et chaud. Le seul pain que j'ai trouvé qui est potable à la température ambiante est le Baked2go. Désolée pour la note mais pour le prix, une chance que j'ai opté pour le menu sans gluten mais pas coeliaque...sinon j'aurais été vraiment déçue. Pour une note positive, les 2 autres services étaient parfait. Les scones étaient super bons.

J’ai beaucoup appréciée les petites attentions des serveurs, j’avais spécifiée que c’était pour l’anniversaire de ma sœur et elle a eut des souhaits de deux serveurs et une petite plaquette de chocolat avec le même souhait sur les petits entre-mets. We went for our 20th anniversary and had mentioned it in the reservation. They had a lovely table by the fireplace for us, a special anniversary chocolate and brought us the mimosas I had preordered. Service was fantastic, the food beautiful and delicious and the ambiance top notch. Would not change a thing.
