   Overall the event was spectacular, I really enjoy the atmosphere, the service was quite good too and the food was good. I would certainly recommend it and I will do this again.

   Such a lovely experience! The tea selection was very good. The scones were amazing with the jelly(3 to taste). Sandwiches was a nice touch!

    The food was incredible, and despite how little the finger foods may appear, both my mother and I left there completely full! The ambience is spectacular. The wait staff was super polite and professional.. when you could get one to attend to you. My recommendation for the restaurant would be to have wait staff be more attentive during service, because there were big gaps in times between when they would check in on us. This is what I would expect at a place of this class level. Regardless, my mother was very pleased with the experience.

    It was just Amazing. Can’t way to go back again. I just loved the whole experience. We had a really really good time. My family was never had such an experience it was wonderful. For me it was the second time, and definitely not the last one.

    Pretty much nothing about this afternoon tea was done well. The tea itself is not even loose leaf tea but rather a single teabag sitting in lukewarm water. The sandwiches were unremarkable - tough beef, bitter beet, dull salmon, and bland cucumber. The scones were not even traditional - small, underproved hockey pucks. Desserts were bizarre - a bitter one-note bite of soft chocolate ganache and an awful lemon custard on crumbly burnt graham cracker were the two worst. Sadly, the service wasn't much better. Our server was inattentive and disappeared for large stretches of time. We had to chase down another server just to get and pay our bill. I have no recommendation other than to avoid at all costs. There was not a single redeeming aspect of this experience.

    High Tea at the Ritz Carlton was a lovely experience. The staff was very friendly. It would have been helpful if they would’ve given a description of the food/desserts being served. We had to taste it to discover what we were eating. Overall, you’re paying for the experience not the food. You will definitely be hungry when you leave. We enjoyed the High Tea.

    I have been twice now to the Ritz for the afternoon tea and it’s been incredible! The sandwiches were delicious and artistic! The sweets were so tasty and the presentation was beautiful! The service was exceptional , so friendly and accommodating! I plan to come again .. many more times !

    Nous avons aimé le goût des aliments par contre il y a trop de bouchées sucrées et pas assez de bouchées salées. Il serait intéressant d’avoir un choix à ce niveau. Option sucrée 2/3 étages Option salée 2/3 étages Dans l’ensemble ce fut une très belle sortie. Le thé était très bon. Merci
