   Felt very rushed. Asked the waiter to slow down, but he brought the entrées when we were just starting to eat the salads. The entrees got cold, and it was obvious that he was trying to turn tables. Also did not pour wine. Overall great food but inattentive and subpar service.

   Good sized group and had business dinner here. The steaks and veggies were well prepared. Salads were marginal. Overall, I would recommend for smaller groups (no more than 6). Definitely try the octopus and bone marrow Ragu. Also liked the family style veggies. Coffee was also very good. If you want a private, intimate dinner, then this isn't the place.

   Dinner definitely was not as good as it has been, and we had 2 waiters who seemed to be having a disagreement as to which one got to wait on us. The quality of the meat seemed to be lacking...

   Great experience as always. Lots of conventions in town so big tables with lots of people. Food, drinks, service great. Only issue was food was not very hot when reached the table. Believe it was the fact that the kitchen was overwhelmed by so many large tables and groups. Other than that no complaints. Great food and service as always.

    We go to The Palm for special occasions, birthdays, anniversaries and are never disappointed. The food is always excellent, and the service is superb. On those special occasions, the entire staff takes notice and offers good wishes. That is what makes the dining experience so personal and pleasant. Anybody could go to The Palm with confidence, knowing that they will be treated well. The walls are fascinating to look at too.

    Great to see the Palm really busy again! They were so in their game! Our waiter Dominic was wonderful. He was slammed but still took great and attentive care of us. The seafood crudo tower was fresh and delicious. Thanks for a fantastic evening! We will be back!

    Ruan was great; fast, friendly and intuitive service. Our dining experience was a solid 10. We’ve dined at several other Palm restaurants, but none compare to Las Vegas. Michael Martin IS The Palm!

    Went there with fiancé for a birthday celebration. Service and staff were incredible. Ordered the crab cake and meatball as starters which were both solid. The bone marrow & onion soup was amazing. Ordered the Ribeye & Filet with twin lobster tails. Lobster was very tasty but the steaks were just ok, was expecting a higher quality

    I dined here for lunch today. The kitchen must have been a bit off their game today and the food therefore not their usual quality showing. The Caesar salad, which is usually quite tasty, was bland and the Romaine not so fresh and absent Parmesan cheese. My filet Mignon was undercooked from the requested medium rare and was lukewarm. Even their usually phenomenal hash browns were partially burnt and was lacking the buttery taste typically evident. Service was also substandard compared to previous experiences. The waiter and busboy both left much to be desired, lacking in attentiveness and seemingly disinterested in being bothered by a solo diner. I haven’t experienced that in a quite a while. Very disappointing!

    One of the most disappointing meals ever. We were seated in a booth in the bar. Don’t sit there. Sit in the main dinning area. We did have reservations. Server was clueless. Finally we got the manager who took control comped us in part but damage was done. With so many options in Vegas easy to go elsewhere. Too bad

    It was my husband's birthday. The restaurant had a great ambiance,some noise but you could still hear your personal conversation. Our server was so well spoken and knowledgeable about the menu. She was attentive and paid attention to detail. The food was delicious, really delicious. My husband said his steak was cooked perfectly. My pasta was freshly made and they made fresh to order horseradish sauce for their shrimp cocktail. We had a wonderful experience.

    The Palm is almost always outstanding with one of the most professional staff we have encountered! The only drawback was that one of our steaks was overcooked and a little dry (never happened to us before), however, we will come back for sure next time we are in Las Vegas. Thank you, Palm

    The experience and food preparation was a 10!!!! I’ve been member of the Palm for over 35 years 837 until it was bought out, the Beverly Hulls location was so disappointing and have never gone back even though I live in LA, The best management and Food is Vegas! Cheers to the best team!

    Try to have dinner here at least once every time I come to Las Vegas! Access is easy as it is located inside the forum shops at Caesars. We had James as our waiter and he was absolutely incredible. I’d recommend asking to be seated in his section if you visit. Great food and incredible service!

    The waiter Barry was simply outstanding. He even recognized that they poured me a Pinot Noir and not a Cabernet that I ordered. He was quick to remedy it and even left the other wine. The young gal at the front to greet us was also very inviting. We felt like we were family there.

    Valentines we 3 girlfriends had drinks at bar and appetizer. Was awesome bartender amazing 5 stars. They didn’t have table ready till 7:15 which was fine . But we ordered drinks and appetizers with waiter we got drinks . Then he asked us food so we put in dinner salads and entrees. Within 10 minutes they brought everything out and had to make table bigger to put all the food . It was not a dining experience we told him risotto was dry he saw and took it away and still charges us. They dinner was very very disappointing. I never write a bad review but had to let the establishment know how bad it was. We couldn’t even eat our salads .
