So, where do I start...we were excited to go to the Palm for a great dinner. Instead, we walked into an incredibly loud restaurant where we could barely hear across the table. Our server seemed rushed and bothered and wasn't very clear in explaining the selections. This resulted in her ordering me a 5 pd fried lobster for $300 instead of the 5oz tail I ordered. Can you imagine the look on my face when this showed up at the table? I told her that wasn't what I ordered and she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. How rude? I shared my dissatisfaction with the manager and even though he took $100 off the bill, we still paid almost $200 for a monstrosity of a lobster dinner. Why would ANY waitress think I would be able to eat this much damn food? I feel mishandled and taken advantage of and will never go to another Palm restaurant again. Thanks Nashville!

Valet service is at the Marriott Hotel next door; somewhat confusing for first-timers. But valet staff were courteous and timely. Once inside, we were seated promptly. Our server, Joy, was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The food selections from the appetizers to dessert held a nice variety, making decisions difficult. The wine list was vast and varied. Tablecloths and cloth napkins are always appreciated. On the otherhand, the noise level was too high; we had difficulty hearing one another and making ourselves heard.

A little noisy. Food here is hit or miss. This time it was average at best. I don’t think their food warrants the pricing either, haven’t since the first time eating there. Only reason we go now is if we have guest in town who want to go there. There are plenty in town better and less expensive. Even other chains like Ruth Chris is as good for less. Ordered my steak medium well in order to get it medium. Otherwise it would have been undercooked. I’ve been here several times before and it rated up and down. Service was ok not spectacular, not bad either. Anyway this time around it was decent.

Our server, Dillon, did an excellent job meeting, or actually exceeding, our needs! He was very conscientious about timing our salad with the main course! He really wanted to make my birthday celebration special….and he did! One of the nicest touches we experienced is the manager, C.J., opened the door for us when we arrived! The Palm is our ‘go to’ fancy restaurant! Thank you❤️

Last minute reservation with friends after a night out. Great food. Fabulous services. From start to finish the restaurant did but disappoint. A few items weren’t available but at 10pm that’s to he expected. Our server wad fun and accommodating. We’ll be back!

Our favorite place to eat in Nashville! The filet and rib eye are consistently superb. The cream spinach is to die for. The talented bartenders always make the perfect cocktail. And the service makes you feel like an old friend.

The lobster was amazing and Ian did an excellent job carefully removing it from the shell at table side! He was so gracious and we had a delightful conversation with him…impressive! We love The Palm…and can’t forget to say the cheesecake is delicious!

As they say, it’s an “oldie, but goodie.” With all the new stuff in Nashville it would be easy to forget about the classics, but The Palm consistently puts out quality food in a convenient location when you’re going to a show downtown. The staff are always attentive and will try to get you in and out if you’ll tell them when your show starts. I’ll definitely be back!!

Great food but for the cost it should provide free refills on soda and tea. We were never advised that they charged $5 for each refill. We spent over $400 on dinner so it’s not cheap. I mean you even get free refills at McDonalds.
