The Palm Restaurant provides everything my husband & I hope for in a dining experience: efficient/friendly service, wonderful ambiance, & delicious food. The price of your evening is elevated but it is worth it! Our server, Uncle Gabe, was fantastic and made my birthday dinner a memorable one. This is one of our favorite central Florida restaurants!

We have gone to The Palm a few times for special occasions and we always have a great meal and service. Our server, Megan, was amazing and even remembered us from the last time she served us. The seafood platter was delicious as was our surf and turf. My only wish is that they would offer their Wedge Salad in a 1/2 portion because the full portion is a meal in itself.

Started very well with lovely welcome and knowledge of menu from our server, including wine choice. Starters were all excellent. Unfortunately, the entrees were not cooked as well. My Sea Bass, whilst tasty was overcooked and slightly dry. My wife’s chicken dish was also overcooked and covered with way too much cheese. Only fault with our server was he could have informed us that with 4 side dishes we’d have way too much food. Overall ok but overpriced for the quality of the food.

We were a party of 8 locals that hadn’t dined at the Palm for a while. We decided it would be nice to go for Magical Dining. We were ALL so happy we did! Everything about our experience was top notch! The food was outstanding. Our server Jessica (and her helpers) was amazing! She was friendly, attentive and professional. We will definitely put the Palm into our Orlando favorites category!

The Palm is one of Orlando's best restaurants and the staff are second to none. The food quality since Landry's took over is not quite as good and some client favourites like The Palm's Carrot Cake has been removed from the menu which is an error however, some new additions such as Lobster Ravioli are excellent. I would recommend anyone to dine at The Palm.

Excellent time celebrating my wife's birthday. Jessica and Lindsey gave outstanding service. Dinner was delicious and the topper was Gabe singing happy birthday to finish the meal. We make it a point to dine at the Palm whenever we're in the Orlando area. We will return again.

It was the worst service and the food they served was old... The dishes were not changed, dirty... The person who served was hiding and never appeared. Very bad experience and waste of money. I do not recommend it.

A very pleasant atmosphere, perfect for celebrations. Good food, I could improve the salads. And the treatment of the staff is very good, we were attended by a very charismatic lady from the Thursday, September 31st, she was too kind (it's a pity that I don't remember her name). I highly recommend the place!

Service and ambiance was great. Menu was good, however the food was lacking at every course. Caesar salad was bland and dressing was watery. Filet was excellent and green beans were tasty but pork chunks not mentioned. Crème brûlée was not toasted enough and zeppole was too doughy to eat. Overall, we wanted to love this steakhouse but due to the food we received we will not be back for some time.

The food was outstanding (as usual), as was the service. We ordered from the Magical Dining menu which had great choices and was a great value! Overall, the noise level was a bit loud and I would like to see a stricter dress code for a restaurant of this caliber. I will definitely recommend The Palm to others and we will return!

I normally love the Palm. This is the first time I've caught them on an "off" night. It was the 2nd night of Magical Dining and the restaurant was full so that was probably part of it. We dined with friends and all ordered off the Magical Dining menu ($60 each person). I ordered a well done steak and told the waiter to have them butterfly it so there was no pink. Someone other than the waiter brought the food to the table. My steak was not butterflied. I cut into it and it was raw inside so I sent it back. My husband's steak was ordered medium and it came it medium rare (he ate it anyway). Everyone at the table ate their dinner while I waited for a new steak (the other couple ordered the chicken parm and the shrimp with pasta so they didn't have to worry about undercooked steaks). The manager came around to see how things were. Unfortunately, he didn't notice that I was missing my meal. Our friend said "everything is good" so off he went before I had time to speak up. I finally got my meal when everyone else was almost done eating. It was hard to enjoy it at that point. The waiter finally came back and he said that the problem was the kitchen had sent out the wrong order to us and that's why both my husband and my steaks were cooked incorrectly. Seems like whoever was expediting the food should have caught that. At the end of the meal we had another problem where the checks were wrong. We wanted separate checks (1 for each couple). We told the waiter at the beginning of the meal so it wouldn't be a surprise later. He was able to get that squared away - he was confused by who was in each couple and had paired the wrong people on the checks. For 2 of the $60 dinners, 1 side of potatoes, 2 sides of chimichurri sauce and a total of 3 drinks our check was $207. With tip $250. For $250 I expected better service and a better dining experience.
