My wife had cream of broccoli soup. I had seared scallops. I had the Pickeral and my wife had the truffle gouda tagliatelli. For dessert we had oreo creme Brule and Bondi everything was over the top fantastic

My husband stopped in for a Friday dinner while we were driving through Stratford. The menu was unique and the food was fabulous. The service was great and the prices reasonable. I would recommend the Parlour Inn. Try the Beef Cheeks.

We had a great dinner at the Parlour , the kids and hubby each had the pasta dish , I had the 1 pc fish and chips . Pavlova for dessert . Great service . Quick and delicious. For a family of 4 our bill was $180 …. A little pricey but it was good .

We had a very tastefully decorated room. Although the bathroom was small it was sufficient for our needs. The king bed was comfortable. The fridge and coffee maker worked well. The restaurant in the hotel was beautifully decorated for theChristmas season. The food was good but some of the items on the menus were already gone by our dinner time at 5:30

Very disappointed in our dining experience. The restaurant was out of turkey before 7:30 and we were told it would be substituted with chicken. Meal arrived at room temperature. Pickerel dinner was also substitued without our knowledge. Service was very slow even though the restaurant was not busy. Although we were compensated with wine we will not return.

There was a glitch in communication from the server to the kitchen. They did not get our food order. This resulted in a long delay for use to get our food. We arrived at 6:30 and we did not get our main course until 8pm. We complained about the excessive wait and that's when the issue was revealed. They did right the situation by giving us one free meal per couple and the one meal we did pay for was discounted by 25%. We were very satisfied with what they did for us to compensate for the situation. Other than that, we had a fine evening and the food and atmosphere were good.

This is an excellent place for a quiet special dinner with great service, food, and decor. We were relieved that there was no thumping music to drown out relaxed conversation, as there is in so many restaurants these days! Limited entree options and they were sold out of one of them. I got the last one of my second choice!

It was a lovely experience. I would prefer a more intimate table, I felt like the table for my husband & I was in the way. We also are not fancy eaters, so I would have preferred different starters and a traditional turkey dinner. With that being said, the meal was lovely. We will be back! With thanks.

Food was delicious but it took a very long time to get from order to table. I'd go back but make sure there's nothing planned for after. Seated at 730 with online reservation, no drinks ordered. Wasn't out until after 9pm. Very loud atmosphere, could barely hear person across the table.

Absolutely love the service and quality of food at the parlour inn. Our meals were exceptional! Thank you Dyan for always taking great care of us when we are in town! The Christmas decorations make you feel like you are in a hallmark movie. So very pretty!

The food was excellent!! They had the prime rib special which is what I ordered but they didn’t put the Yorkshire pudding that came with the meal. Great atmosphere but VERY EXPENSIVE!! Not the way I remember it when the prices were reasonable. Can only afford to eat there once a year as my food order came to what I make in 8 hours a day at my job. Wow!!! I can’t believe my order came to one days pay where I work!!! And that was for one person!!! For both of us I would have to work for two days in order to pay for the total bill. Again, great but I would only go there once a year! The pavlova is their famous dessert and it’s to die for!!! All in all it was a great dinner.

I realize that the cost of food has really gone up. The portion size of the dinners was very good. I had the pork chop and my guest had the large steak. I felt there was some colour missing on the plate- in the vegetable served. But overall I was satisfied with the presentation of the pork chop the steak plate looked dull.
