   Very disappointed about the dinner. It just wasn't worth it. Even though the plates were very artistic, the food came in small tapas style portions. Shareable but not fulfilling. Flavor was meh. I definitely had better rolls before. Additionally, they overcharge for sparkling water. If we would have known that they charge $12 for a bottle, I think we would have been fine with tap water. What a scam. Shame on them for ripping off their customers. There's not any justification in my opinion. It's not even a strip restaurant. The service, ambiance, and decor were the positives. Unfortunately, I would not go back.

   Very creative menu with a few “best ever” comments from the table. Good portion sizes. Spectacular find in a reinvented downtown Las Vegas area. Interesting entrance through the hotel. Well done!

   Our Waiter was so attentive and polite! He moved with urgency the entire time. I was really impressed. He also had patience and answered all of my questions! The Birthday surprise put the icing on the cake !! 10/10

   Food was good. Service was good. It was a bit noisy with people running in and out to the pool area. Bread which was actually a slice of toast cut in half with a small jar of jelly. Was 5.00 Which I thought was Ridiculous. We were actually expecting some type of nice bread. Other than the noise and the cost of a slice of toast everything tasted great.

   Didn't care for house sake, sent it back but still got charged for it. The sushi rolls have no meat in them, I felt like I was eating paper. No crackers for oysters. Husband liked His old fashioned.

   Food was delicious. Gorgeous set up. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had the Ube french toast (which was too pretty to eat), Chicken and waffles, and Taco Belle. Everything was so flavorful but Taco Belle took me by surprised. The shell was light and crispy and the meat was just so good. Definitely would recommend to others and would go back every chance I get.

    First time visiting, and had a great experience thanks to @vegasstarfish, Ube French toast was delicious and huge portion, also shared the waffles with fried chicken that had a nice kick. Highly recommend The Pepper Club the next time you visit Vegas! Great ambience too!

    I wanted to love this place so badly but it was just disappointing. It was an understaffed Sunday, which I feel for but it was still slow when we arrived. Our orders were taken, avocado toast and chicken and waffles and that’s where the good ended. About 10 minutes later, we saw a large parties food go out but one entree (Avocado Toast) returned and floated around the restaurant, asking other tables if it was theirs until it was shoved in front of me. My mothers entree was no where to be found with no apology or explanation. I looked at the entree and you could tell it had sat under a heat lamp for a long time, not to mention who knows who else it was served too. Avocados looked brownish and greens had wilted. About 12 minutes later, my moms entree had come out. The chicken was perfect, waffle was undercooked. I really only ate half my entree since it was just gross to me at that point. We were pretty much ignored the rest of the time even though we had not said anything and were nothing but kind. I understand things happen but part of hospitality is the recovery. There was none. I only left feeling like we were the problem. The manager came to talk to us as we left but only because I asked if there was even a manager on duty since it felt like there wasn’t. It was too late at that point and know we will never come back. I hope they can do better and make better memories for others, for us it was just a complete disappointment.

    I’d give it an 11/10. Food and drinks were amazing. Food came out really fast and our waiter mike gave us some good recommendations. We will probably be back soon for the Ube French toast.

    Aside from the decor and ambiance the rest food/service) very disappointing. Everything was very bland. Ordered the Soba Up Burger ($45); gyoza; tuna tartare; oxtail rice; and tacos. Oxtail rice was solid. Tacos just ok. Gyoza average and the tuna tartar is served on dry circular toast which was odd and tasted stale. Now the burger. For $45 you would expect the burger to taste like a $45 burger. Instead it had zero taste and the combination of their signature Mac and cheese bland soba noodles with a burger and spinach and pickles was terrible. No taste at all. For $45 it should blow you away. It did not. Def not worth it. I would not go back.

    Took 1.5 hours to be seated WITH a reservation. Orders came out wrong and late. The food was okay. Not worth the price or the wait. My son liked the matcha waffles and chicken. Though the chicken was too hard. Service was good. Ambience is cool. Won't be back.

    Went there for mother's day brunch. I booked weeks in advance and indicated inside seating. We were seated outside at high noon in the heat (close to 100 deg) w/ my 7 year old which I don't think is right. There were a lot of empty tables inside which they claimed were allotted to somebody else. Nope, I won't take that excuse. We will not melt in the heat w/ my child and I was ready to walk out. I had to go back to the front and complain. I will understand if I did my reservation last min or if I walked in. They seated us at the booth and Mike was our server. He was only there for a few months but really made up w/ his great service. The food was great, we enjoyed them. The chicken and waffles are better than others I've tasted. The ube french toast was okay, not too sweet but I didn't really taste the ube. The dish that I really loved was the miso salmon. order that w/ white rice (great suggestion Mike!). If I didn't stand up for myself and stayed outside in the heat, my mother's day will be ruined. That's the only thing that made it 4 stars. Lack of organization but overall, we enjoyed our meal.

    We loved the Ube French Toast and the JFFC Waffle are outstanding! If you order the Taco Belle, be aware that the tacos are teenie tiny bite-sized tacos. The coffee is strong, just the way we like it.

    The bar, sushi bar and outdoor seating take up most of the space. We ended up seated next to the kitchen and there are very few tables around the perimeter of the bar. The first course was ok- tacos with short rib beef. Second course with sticky rice- small portions nothing special. The salmon was excellent with orange sauce. The prices are a bit over the top but some of the portions are huge so perhaps they are designed to be shared- $80 for a 14 ounce steak. I think if I went there with the expectation of bar with sushi I would have been happier. Mocktail was @ $15.00. For sit down dining I found the cool vibe was a bit overpriced.

    I am a local and this restaurant is amazing. I went for my birthday a week ago. Loved the ambiance, music, decor, food and especially the drinks. The staff was attentive and our waitress Mandy was hands down the BEST!!! I will be returning!!!

    Really disappointed in our visit. I ordered a gluten free eggs benny and my partner ordered a normal eggs benny and I ordered bottomless mimosas and he had a beer. When I came back from the bathroom mine had arrived and looked beautiful - however they had forgotten my partner's dish. He refused to let me wait for his to arrive so I ate whilst he sat patiently. My meal was mediocre at best and bland, unfulfilling and 'gritty'. My bread was not toasted so had a awful grit texture and there was hardly any hollandaise sauce as what little there was had been used to decorate the plate. When my partner's meal arrived the dish came out and looked an absolute mess, literally like they'd thrown the ingredients on to the plate, this became evident that this was the case when he had a bite and could only taste salt as if chucked in and then found nearly a whole egg shell in his meal in between the egg and salmon, it wasn't a small piece of shell but huge chunks. The server came and took it away and didn't ask if he would like another meal just offered a complimentary free beer which he declined as he was quite annoyed at this point. We were charged the total of around $65 dollars for this "pleasurable" experience, and left a $5 tip as good will to the server for the drinks but was visibly snubbed as we left. The drinks were small, in a plastic cup instead of glass and I only had four which would make around two normal mimosas. I'd say for the overrall trip and the quality of the food and drink - $5 tip was generous! Had a second booking for our trip but we will certainly be cancelling this.
