   We were disappointed that the Lobster was not available until 4 pm in spite of the fact that we had made reservations for 3 pm for the Lobster fest and were not made aware that we could not order until 4 pm until we arrived. Even though we sat and waited for the hour the wait staff was very attentive to us which made the time go quickly. Food was excellent and as stated above the wait staff were great. Regards

   Fran was extremely attentive and very pleasant. The greenhouse was so lovely and the ravioli was the best I ever had. We will put this restaurant on our “regular” list! 😁

   we’ve been to The Pineville Tavern several times, the food is always good service is always so so but tonight Gelsey was our server and i have to say she was delightful!! friendly & attentive, she really made our visit extremely enjoyable!!! my only issue is that we always get sat at the smallest table my husband is a big guy 6’5 and he’s always is uncomfortable

   Had a reservation for dinner at 6:30. Both my first and second choice on the menu were no longer available. Most of the items that were available were primarily those that would be on a Diner menu. Pricing was inappropriate for the food that was available. Food presentation was dull at best. Food quality was minimal. Not a good dining experience in any way.

    Weird ambiance (astroturf greenhouse w dying plants and weird decorations), bad service, food was ok/good depending on the dish. Wouldn’t go back or recommend for a holiday. Maybe a regular day would have been better.

    Sat us right away at our reservation time. Service was a little slow, but they gave us some extra bread and butter to make up for the long wait for our main courses. Staff were all very friendly.

    I used to love Pineville Tavern for great food and service until the last visit there. We went for Mother’s Day and the service was unbelievably slow. Id be ok with it since everyone restaurant is understaffed now. The main disappointment was food. Fish was just terrible and the rest was just ok.

    We were there for a Mother’s Day brunch. While understanding that this day would be busy, we had a 10:15am reservation. Our server was less then pleased when we asked questions about the menu. She forgot to come back with answers. And I am not sure of any restaurant that when you ask for more coffee takes s all the mugs from the table and brings them back filled. Really? How do you know you got yours back? While the food was good it was nowhere as good as the regular menu. The most friendly people there were the Valets they could not have been more accommodating!! That’s how to get a decent tip.

    We very much enjoyed our BBQ spare ribs. Substituted one side salad for the fries and were charged $3.50 extra with no prior advice. Unfortunately we were seated in the bar area. Tonight it was very “rowdy “ and loud. We had to ask twice for water and twice for my cocktail. Inattentive service basically.

    I ordered a branzino, it took forever When I used ladies room, I saw staff sitting on floor... no wonder it took forever to get served! The branzino was supposed to come with garlic butter, never served and I didn't eant to wait any longer. Good food though

    We reserved a table for 4. The waitress was extremely personable. The food was excellent my cousin’s selections of the Branzino and the steak frites were excellent. My burger was perfectly done. The nose level was very loud but we had a wonderful time and talked until we were one of the few tables still occupied. A good time was had by all.

    Another delicious meal in "the tropical forest." Wide variety of meal choices. Waiter was personable and attentive without being intrusive and we were did not feel rushed. Vallet parking was helpful. A very pleasant dining experience.

    We were seated right at the appointment time. Waitress was very attentive. We got our drinks and ordered dinner. Had the fried chicken, as did my daughter. We have had it before and I recommended it and was looking forward to it. It was less than stellar. Actually, I think the Colonel could have done much better. The other two meals very very good according to my wife and son in law. For dessert, we ordered and shared that baker cookie with ice cream. It was actually below average compared to previous visits. Overall an average visit to a place thats usually well above average
