Can always count on great food an experience at the Quincy. We had a friend from Seattle down for a visit and could only think of a couple restaurants that would be a guaranteed success. Since she comes from an area that has so many good choices, we had to bring her here. Sure enough she went on and on about how good her fish dinner was, moist and tasty. So having desert only seemed right, and the flourless chocolate cake was perfect. So glad we have such a wonderful restaurant here.

Great service. The food was ok… not outstanding for flavor. Hard veggies that were on the side and pretty salty smoked pork chop. We were impressed with the waitress and really were excited about trying this place.

A lovely meal, two beer flavors and excellent service. I belive the best in fine dining in Lewis County and on a par with any big city. The filet is world class. Well done restoration in a cleaned and elegant brick building. The dining room is old school cloth table cloths and balanced silverware. If there were salt water docking, this would be the most perfect in the PNW. As it is land locked, it will have to settle with being the best.

Made reservation and they gave my table away. Had to sit at the bar and was asked if we wanted to sit at the bar for dinner. I said no I made reservation and it took about 20 minutes for our table. The chick n wings came out being frozen in the middle. They did fix that and the overall service and food was great.

Superb restaurant and dining experience! Saw their impeccable reviews on OT and had to give The Quincy a try. You will not be disappointed. Friendly and welcoming staff, tasty beverages and appetizers. Focused and concise menu- everything looked amazing. We decided on steak; I had the filet, my partner the flat iron. Both were deliciously seasoned and cooked to perfection. We will most definitely return to this gem of a restaurant.
