Very loud and difficult to talk at the table. Service was off an on...too many people checking in at the same time, e.g. to ask if we wanted our check, but not when you needed something like a water refill.

Our first time and we really enjoyed it. Guinness on tap, service was friendly and our server was perfectly attentive. I wish greeters, servers, bartender introduced themselves but otherwise great service. We ordered fish and chips and chicken pot pie and were not disappointed. Fish breading is light and crispy, and halibut very tasty. Chicken pot pie was off the charts delicious. Served with carrots and mashed potatoes on the side, provides option to add to dish if you like. Lunch entrees are $30/each which we thought was a little pricey, but overall we would definitely return.

Great Scotch egg! The fish and chips was also very good, because the batter was thin and crispy. My hubby had the steak and mushroom pie, which was ok he said (I suppose the mushrooms were a replacement for kidneys (which may not be too popular around here). The coffee was slightly burnt.

Our server Zara was incredible. We are from out of town and she was very helpful in recommending places to go and experiences in the area. The food was great. We made a reservation but arrived 45 minutes early. The bar was packed but we were seated immediately anyway. We got there in time for happy hour. We each had two different drinks and loved them all.

A disappointing visit! We’ve been before and enjoyed the patio very much, and were looking forward to the pot pie “Pie-tober” prix fixe menu. The interior of the restaurant is very stylish, one of us had the salad and it was great, and our pies were fine, but it took 2.5 hours to get two courses, two drinks each and the bill paid. The service was warm and friendly, but seemed overwhelmed or off — our waiter kept disappearing and it took 25 minutes to get my second cocktail. The first two drinks selected from the menu were not unavailable. Somebody in our party is allergic to nuts and even though this was emphasized, and the server had clearly communicated it to the kitchen, the dessert came out with almonds in the topping, which was very nearly disastrous for our evening. It then took way too long to get the bills and pay. Sadly, we won’t be back.

Wonderful food and service! The Welsh Rarebit was absolutely amazing! Such a wonderful option for a UK ex pat like me! The organic chicken was absolutely amazing!! All the staff were wonderful and the entire place had an air of a British pub complete with separate WC's, but was also a lovely bright and immaculate restaurant with beautiful decor and ambiance!

Noise level??? We were noisy…lol We dined at this restaurant with a group of 8 friends, and it was an incredible experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and lively. The service was exceptional, attentive without being intrusive. The menu offered a delightful variety of dishes to cater to all our tastes and dietary preferences. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The portions were generous, leaving us all happily satisfied. The highlight of the evening was the camaraderie and laughter we shared in this warm and inviting space. We couldn't have asked for a better dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking to enjoy good food and good company. We'll definitely be returning for more memorable meals! Kudos to Lakshya (pardon me if I misspelled it) and thanks to the general manager of the restaurant for the great service.

The Rabbit Hole has been a go-to restaurant for several years, and we are always surprised that it isn’t busier on a Saturday night. We always have the best time between the excellent servers (last night we had Jules) and a manager who greets you and comes over to say hello (thanks Gagan) every time! With well-prepared cocktails, a fantastic wine list, piping hot food that never disappoints and the ambience, we genuinely feel this gem is a must for anyone. Thanks again, Gagan and the staff at The Rabbit Hole, for a fab date night!

When I reserved the table for 12 I was under the impression that it would be indoors as this is why I chose your location for its ambiance. I was disappointed when we were seated outside without warning and it felt like any other restaurant patio.

What a beautiful, whimsical space! From the moment we walked in, we were thoroughly attended to. We were led to a quiet table for two, and the quiet ambiance was so welcome after a busy day in the city. Before we could order, we needed to take in all of the thoughtful decorative details in the space. We were attended to by two waiters, and we had the tartare with Yorkshire pudding and scotch quail egg as well as the steak and mushroom pie, and the presentation and taste were out of this world for both dishes. It was happy hour all day (!), so we happily enjoyed some cocktails and didn’t break the bank. We were also celebrating my husband’s birthday, and I’d included that detail in the reservation. Though we were perfectly content at the end of the meal, they brought him sticky pudding which was out of this world, sending us out into the evening delighted. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
