   Great spot in the town of Jasper. Interesting menu with a lot of variety. Great cocktails and the service was excellent. In an area that has suffered recent heartache, do yourself a favor and stop by, you will not be disappointed.

   The food is always amazing, unique and flavourful! Sarah was our server and she was awesome. This is a favorite in Jasper for sure!

   This was the best place we had dinner in our week trip to Banff and Jasper. The ribs and pasta (bison) were incredibly amazing and our server was the nicest most accomodating person we’ve ever met. Thank you for being so lovely and positive sharing your personal story with the fires. We hope the Jasper community continues to rally together and come out the other side.

   Raven truly is a hidden gem! Even though the restaurant was bustling, the service was remarkably attentive and sprinkled with a touch of humor that made the experience all the more enjoyable. And let’s talk about the food—absolutely superb! It was so delicious that we're still raving about it the next day.

    My husband and I made a 7:45 pm reservation on a Tuesday night but overestimated the walk from the hotel and arrived at 7:30 pm. We were immediately invited to sit at the bar while we waited for our table. The bartender was lovely and we enjoyed out Folding Mountain Cherry Lime Sours. Our table was ready at exactly 7:45 pm. We ordered the Raven Salad with salmon and it was delicious. The service was excellent and the overall ambiance was busy yet warm and intimate. We can’t wait to return to Jasper and will be definitely dining at the Raven Bistro again! 5/5 would recommend.
