Server was never around. Kept on asking other servers for things. Band sound level was way too loud.

For lunch, we recommend the chicken club & fries on a ciabatta bun, excellent, & the fries were cooked perfect & tasty. Portions were just the right amount. Coffee was fresh, server was professional & friendly, the six of us in our party received our meal approx the same time . The washrooms were the cleanest we have been in, amazing all around. Fun day playing pool & games , thank you.

Very loud a little hard to hear people your sitting with. Do not agree with 18% gratuity when the prices are a little high and the bills are divided between multiple families. Overall though great time!

Mac and cheese had no flavour , fish tacos were not appetizing at all , no flavour in fish, but to much topping that was not good for the palette

Took 10 minutes for a server to come to our table and it wasn’t busy.

The waitress we finally got was nice, however, I sat at my table fo 15 minutes before anyone greeted me and asked if we wanted a drink. The food order was wrong, brought out 3 cheese pizzas when pepperoni was what was ordered. Took another 20 minutes for those to come out while the other kids ate. Live band/singer was awful, and the amount of credits and food for the price isn't a good deal. Very unlikely we will be back again.

Really disappointed with the automatic 18% gratuity unfortunately. We had 6 different bills at our table for Trivia Night and all had this added. Our waitress was great but I think it should be left to the customer to decide what to leave as far as a tip goes. Will be booking separate tables next time to avoid this.
