We had reservations,, but we sat for like 15 mins before we had to ask someone about our waitress, then sat for another 10 mins till she finally came to our table. Once we got our food it was great....

Ladies at the front desk were all great! Our food was delicious and our server was amazing. Super sweet girl and so good with all the kids we had with us. This is the first time we have been here and we will definitely be coming back 😜

Went for my birthday and was overall disappointed, as well was my party of 6. Alcoholic beverages were extremely watered down and beer was oddly sweet. “Loaded nachos” were stale and really only had lettuce on them. Waitress was nice but was extremely over the top with how many times she came to our table just to chat. 6x in 11 minutes but continued to forget and have to return for anything we ordered. Pac Man game was gone and 70% of the games were out of service, including the photo-booths. For the price of the food and drinks, as well as the amount of games that were not in service. I am not too impressed that I had a celebration at this establishment.

Abaegael was the best part of our experience. She was kind and courteous. There were moments where service seemed a bit slow and where the kitchen didn’t cooperate with our request but she made it right in the end. The entertainment was inappropriate next door and not something that made me feel comfortable. Drag shows are fun but I didn’t appreciate the loud swearing.

My boyfriend and I went on a date here, we went for 8:30pm so there wouldn’t be kids there lol I think kids arnt allowed in after 8 or 9pm so for it’s a fun adult arcade at night which is so nice. The food was great and servers were great💕 we spent $50 and got 300pts to use for games👍 there’s also bowling, Virtual Reality experience and photo booths that you use points to access which I think is really cool because we didn’t need to spend anymore money to use those things. We got to do everything we wanted to with the 300pts⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were greeted by one server, then a different server took over, a bit confusing. Service was a bit slow and did not seem very busy. Also, we had 2 childern at our table, but noticed every other table with children were given popcorn, but we were not. My kids seemed disappointed, especially since we were celebrating one of my kids birthdays. But other wise, my kids love it there.

The idea of the Rec Room is A+. A great spot for family, friends, teams and events. This location could benefit from working on the restaurant side. While our server was very kind and happy, we had various parts of our meal forgotten. A manager offered to refill drinks but we didn't receive them. The food is fine for pub fare, but subpar in general. Asked for a simple garden salad but not available, when all the items are on site. In this day, healthy offerings are a good idea. Mostly deep fried, heavy, greasy options. But who goes to an arcade/games place for good food? (parents do!) Our bill was well over $100 without any alcohol and we ate less than 1/2 the food. I would recommend for a fun spot for kids to have fun but eat elsewhere. Next time we'll hit Pita Pit for better food for 1/4 the price.

Food was ok. Not great but just OK. Service was very very slow and it was fairly busy. $9-10 pints are pricey and a moderate selection. Mixed drinks are pricey. 13 for a raspberry vodka lemonade and the two we ordered were different each time. Weird. On the other side of the bar / eating area was a drag show in full progress - extremely loud and well. A drag show. Arcade area was good for the kids. VR games were a hoot but expensive. So for the basic chow / couple of drinks for the adults and games was around 200.

This was our first time here and we were celebrating my son’s 19th birthday. The server we had was excellent. The food was very good, I loved that it had lighter options. The waitress recommended which bracelets to get and added them to our bill to make it simpler. Seeing my son smiling and having lots of fun made the whole experience priceless. Thank you!

We were seated right away, the server was excellent and checked on us often to make sure we had everything we needed, food and drinks were served quickly even when it got pretty busy. Food was really good, none of us had any complaints and it wasn’t as expensive as we expected even though we got several drinks each throughout dinner and the comedy show. Will return!

Multiple birthday parties at the same time and screaming kids in the dining area made it difficult to enjoy dinner but eventually they left. Live music was amazing and the food is always great. A little pricey but so is everything else these days.

James our server was great - this was our first visit. Food was good - burgers were a lot overcooked- staff on the game floor were friendly and helpful especially when they offered the free coat check. Overall good time , our teens enjoyed themselves. Will go back!

Booking my event was extremely challenging. Left several calls with the concierge which was not responded to in a timely manner leaving me no choice but to reserve online. To which online is also challenging since the disclosure informs you to contact sales if the party is greater than 19 however it only allows you to book a maximum of 6. Upon arriving Gavin quickly turned around my negative experience to a positive making the event extremely successful. Areas of improvement: Concierge timely call back (not a week later and no name/extension) Follow up or better management of voicemail left. Perhaps a form to Complete to assist guests. Have a list of messages left and who hasn’t been contacted. Apologies for delays it warrantable. Open table ease of request. Open up the group # and requirement

Our server was friendly. We were a bit disappointed because there was no pizza available to order (they offer 6 on the menu). My boyfriend's burger had been sitting for a while (we could see the kitchen from our seat) so when he ate it, it wasn't super hot. The food was good. The portion size of the pasta was large enough that I was able to take half of it home.

I've been here to eat twice. Both times I have requested a GF bun for a burger and they have given me a wheat bun. I have not been able to eat when the food has come to the table both times bc they take the burger back, remake it and then 20 minutes later I am so starving that I don't even enjoy my meal anymore. If you're going to offer a GF option, be more organized and train the kitchen personnel on allergies. This is a very real sensitivity/allergy for people. I will not eat here anymore. I know of other places, like Kelsey's or The Keg, who listen to these dietary requests very well.
