We've been in this location 3 years ago and remember the good food, but our visit was not well. We ordered 3 appetizers and 1 main. Lettuce wraps was poorly made, same as the jalapeno poppers, we even get to 60% of the dish and left it. The goat & pears was cute and hamburger was the only good dish. The noise level was crazy, i believe they had a live performance but it was unbearable, we had to scream at each other. I will come back for the arcade for sure, but not for the restaurant. Our waiter was super nive and professional so that's the only good thing we take from this visit.

Yesterday was my birthday and a bunch of my friends and family got together at the Rec Room to eat and frolic. I'd never been before. It was so much fun!! The ambiance was great, and the service was stellar. Nicky was an amazing server, so cheerful and upbeat. My son didn't like the Mac and Cheese, and they redid his order without breadcrumbs just for him! That was above and beyond for me! It was so much fun playing the games once we were finished eating. It's pretty much wall to wall games. I'm not sure how good I was, but we all laughed and played. The experience was definitely memorable, and I will be returning in the future!

Forgot to make my son his meal so he had to wait. Thankfully they took it off the bill. Was ignored by the waitress most of the time.

Overall great experience. The food and service was excellent. The noise level was high, it was just a busy evening but no complaints. Highly recommend for a place to hangout with teens and adults.

Way too loud for a decent conversation. Service was incredibly slow. Food tasted delicious but found a long hair in the calamari so lost our appetite. Oh and this was my birthday celebration so very disappointed in that.

We went for my kiddos 11th Birthday and it was amazing - Service was above and beyond . Food was great kids all loved it and we had so much fun with the games !
