   Our menu was filthy, waitress forgot our drink, didn’t even serve the wine just put bottle on the table. Our appetizer was extremely late because we were told they had to remake them. The ones we got tasted horrible. We asked for a bottle of beer waitress came back with a can and said I don’t know what we have after we told her we asked for a bottle. Fries were cold and in tiny pieces like it was the bottle I’m the bag. I spend $150 on 2 people and the experience was not great

   Server was great as well as the food. It would have been nice to not see drag queens since that is not what we were there for. I would have left if my children were there with me.

   Ive left a Google review regarding the food at the main restaurant which was good along with the service altho very understaffed. The shed(canteen restaurant) was absolutely terrible returned half of the food after a roughly 25minute wait for 2 funnel cakes . 1 one burnt and inedible. The amenities were decent but severely understaffed or poorly managed. Your choice.

   Hi, I had booked the Rec Room for a party of 10 for their St.Patrick's Day party. When we arrived they had set us up far away and with a barrier so we couldn't see the band, but I asked politely if we could sit closer to the stage so as to hear the band (which was one of the reasons for coming) and they moved us to a much better table. The other table would have been fine for a group of friends to have a great conversation, but that's not what we wanted. The service was excellent, food great and they were even handing out St.Patrick's Day loot on the dance floor, plus the band was excellent, I would highly recommend.

   Went out on are date night Had very hard nachos we had the pulled pork on them and there was very little on it made like 2 pieces had the pork on it I was not impressed at all. The last time I was there I had a very over cooked burger and it was not good at all.

    We had a nice lunch here on a Saturday. The restaurant was empty at that time (it was early) so it was quiet. It had a cool vibe and the food was great! We had the Mac n Cheese and the boneless chicken bites. The portions were large and we had left overs. The service was great. Unsure of how it would be when it is busy, but enjoyed it!

    Pathetic food, the server was asked to swap the shrimp pasta with chicken but she added it to the pasta and didn’t even get shrimp in the pasta and paid 30$ bucks instead. Avoid going there whenever visiting the rec room.

    My reservation was late, my food took forever and when it came it was cold. The waiter never checked on us at all. He didn’t bring half my sons order either. I had to ask multiple times for the rest of our order.

    It appears we had the bar tender as our waiter. This individual was terrible. Rarely attended table. Found hair in food which happens sometimes however once food was returned the waiter never went to check on it (was just a cobb salad). After about 30 minutes, we asked another waiter to please check this. We then seen the cooks preparing it. The other waiter offered us a free dessert after our meal. Our original waiter returned and we told him what dessert we wanted - all of our meal plates were stacked and he never removed any of them. He appeared to place the order (sundae) however again we waited about 25 minutes and asked another waiter who was able to have it to us in about 7 minutes (we again could see they just made it). We never had another visit from our waiter again - he stuck around at the bar. We had to ask to have our dirty dishes removed. The place was not busy at all and the other waiters appeared much more attentive. One more strange part was that the few times our waiter did return - he kept asking if we wanted more drinks. He would ask even when we had only had one sip of our beverages. I have never written a poor review in my life as I am quite easy to please and flexible. This was actually an experience that I thought I was going to wake up from! Worst service I have ever had in my entire life! We will be back for the arcade…but no way for this restaurant!

    Seasonal vegetables were frozen peas. Sent back fries as they were cold and stale. Salmon was hot but very greasy. Server was nice but was very awkward and did not ask the right questions or connect with us at all. Wouldn’t go back

    Jesse, our server was EXCELLENT. The appetizers were very good, the main course dishes were nicely cooked but WAY over salted to the point it was the only flavour. It was absolutely a treat night at the price point and could not be considered a regular choice.

    I booked online for dinner and trivia. The reservation was for restaurant only. Sign at entrance said trivia night doesn't start until January. Found out half way through our meal that the trivia had already started in The Hall so were too late. Also burger patties were very small and cold. Games after dinner were fun.

    Awesome place to go to for a dinner and to hang out. Service was awesome, our waitress came over frequently enough that we always had what we needed and she was really friendly.

    The Food was excellent as always. There were no issues with being out of ingredients for certain dishes like we have in the past and all equipment was working. One time we were told the grill wasn't working after we sat down and ordered drinks. This time everything went right.

    We had a server named Cam who was super friendly, accommodating, gave great recommendations and was quick witted with banter to keep us entertained during our stay. If you haven’t yet, that man deserves a raise! Good servers like him at hard to find!

    Our server seemed uninterested in listening to us. In a hurray. Food was good. Arcade was fun! We asked for something birthday related on our reservation and didn’t receive anything nor were we asked about it.

    Had a terrific experience here! Unfortunately I can’t remember our server’s name, but she was very helpful and patient as we had to wait and extra half and hour for one of our friends. The food was for the most part delicious, although the burgers we had weren’t the greatest. Overall I highly recommend eating here, and will definitely be back in the future!

    Kind of odd they don’t have salt and pepper shakers. Also overheard a server saying they were “slammed” and literally two ppl were at the bar. Food was good for the value ..wait staff was young and inexperienced but I am assuming they were new so it’s fair.

    We made a reservation for 7pm to eat. Server was lovely. Food was mediocre for the prices. The fish was very misleading. Small piece of fish but tons of batter to make it look bigger that was all overcooked. Our axe throwing time had been adjusted before we got there, then again once we arrived and then again when we went to that time slot but it was nice of you not to charge us for the inconvenience. The bar service was slowwww. You need more than 1 person working.

    Our waiter Trevor was phenomenal, knew a lot about the menu and had great recommendations for us during our dining experience. Thank you Trevor! While there was no host to greet us at the front of the restaurant (due to absentee), I had to call the Rec Room so someone could come out. In case anyone reading this notices the same thing, calling the direct line should bring someone to the front.
