    Everything was great except for the food, the waitress was amazing, but, the food was below average, no taste, chef “if i there was one” forgot to put salt in my salmon/shrimp pasta, and the dish was too small looked like appetizer, oh and u should mention in your website that the “axe through” is out of service, and that it won’t be back for another month or so

    Thank you for your honest feedback. I recommend coming back and trying the Sundried Tomato and Goat Cheese Spaghettini- you can add shrimp to it too! Thank you for flagging the axe-throwing on the website. It has been flagged to our IT department. Hopefully, we have some lanes going in the new location by month's end. Thank you for your patience while we renovate.

    When you charge an 18 percent gratuity then the service should be up to that level…had to ask basically for anything we needed(drink refills, bills, orders) That being said we where a large group for a birthday party and we don’t drink booze…feel like as soon as severs know your not drinking service level goes way down…..that being said it was a friends 40th and we made the best of it….food was average and in the future we’d eat somewhere else before coming The games room was fun except several games don’t work because I’m sure someone broke the controls. All said and done we had a very fun night!

    I made a 5pm reservation for my family with 2 small children. The host couldn’t find the reservation, I showed them the confirmation on my phone in my email, they seated us and then we waited 25 minutes for someone to come and get our drink order and food. So it was about 5:45 by the time we had food. 45 minutes after we were seated. It was not enjoyable having hangry kids and ruined being out.

    Food was tasty ! Too loud to talk to each other! Servers too busy talking to each other instead of tending to clients! Food was too pricey !

    The food was mediocre. The server messed up our order and/or forgot things so many times that it got funny. The server offered my 12 year old alcohol as a joke to make things right. It didn’t. The server offered to comp us by taking the food off our bill that they had neglected to bring us. What a deal! Go for the games. Avoid the restaurant.

    Our experience tonight could have been better. The waitress seemed so new she was unsure of almost everything. We have to ask more then once to have more to drink. She didn’t bring our appetizers or main course, two other waiters did. Then her confusion about my scene card and paying was a rude encounter. I was kind and laughed but inside it was a bit frustrating.

    Our server Natalia went above and beyond. She made sure that our table was well taken care of. We celebrated a birthday and she brought a dessert with a candle at the end of the meal. If you want an on point service, request for her. The food was typical bar food. Portions are decent and well priced. They have wide beer selection and special deals

    Service was very slow. Took 30 mins just to get drinks. Server was going to leave the table after dropping the drinks off. Had to stop her to place our food order. Food came quicker and was tasty. Server forgot our dessert and to go back twice.

    Was not at all as advertised. Mostly just kids at an arcade. Table reservation was late even though the restaurant was empty (3 other tables). Food was moderate at best, not what we expected for the price point . We ended up needing to stand by our table to get a waitress to return with a bill long after plates were gone and drinks empty. Games were closed because of a “group coming in soon”. Bathrooms were not clean. Overall a poor experience and we will not be returning.

    Reserved seating in the high seating area, but it was closed so we had to stay in the main level. The seats were extremely uncomfortable. I asked to be moved to a booth which they moved us to immediately but we’re still not the most comfiest … the food however, was outstanding.

    They forgot my order, didn't care to check how the meal was like normal restaurants do so it took a while to rectify. Had to go up to them to make them aware of the issue. When it finally arrived, everyone was done and paying. Horrible experience. I have eaten here before a couple years ago and recall it was very bad back then as well.

    It was a good experience. Our server seemed like she had more then she could keep up with in a timingly manor and had us on one side then booth on the other which just seemed like lots of running for her to do so it was slow but not exactly her fault. I didn’t like my chicken sandwich just didn’t taste right. The rest was okay though.

    Went there for my husbands birthday and since there was an arcade it was easy to just eat and go have some fun. Love the arcade and the food and drinks were really good too.

    The atmosphere was great my group and I ordered our food as I have a tomato allergy. They accidentally brought me something with tomatoes as a request no tomatoes and they fixed it right away. Great place I would go there again.

    Everyone enjoyed their meal especially the Spicy Chicken Sandwich... As well, the kids had lots of fun playing games and watching the big screens. Definitely recommend this venue for families looking for a fun dinner / night out.

    Normally the food at the rec room is OUTSTANDING. But this time around it was so gross, the burger tasted like someone rubbed it on the ashes of a campfire. There was live music which was a little too loud that while sitting in the for corner away from the stage, you still had to yell to talk to each other at some points. They also got rid of their artichoke dip, which was the best appetizer. Overall I think it was disappointing. Our server was REALLY nice… when he remembered to come to our table lol. But cutting some slack, it was quite busy.

    Although we had ordered a high top table for seating and received a booth, it was okay as we needed some noise reduction as it was extremely loud in the restaurant. The service was outstanding and the food that we had ordered was okay, depending on who ordered what, our rating went up or down. I had the steak and I think I enjoyed my meal the most. My husband had the fish and chips and unfortunately his was more batter. Our other two friends had varying enjoyment too. Afterwards we went to the games for a bit, but as it was so loud and quite young, we left.

    After being seated at our table for our 545 reservation, and told it was still happy hour until 6. we waited over 15 minutes before asking someone walking by if we could order from a server. Another 5 minutes passed before a server came by to take our drink orders. Needless to say we missed happy hour. 5 of the 6 beers on tap we tried to order were sold out - unsure why they weren’t replacing the kegs. Was charged $2 for hot sauce that should already come with fish tacos. Seemed short staffed, lacking customer service and any sort of respect for patrons time.

    We reserved a table for a birthday lunch for my son. The server was great and the food was good. They let us bring a cake and our kids had fun playing all the games. We'll definitely keep it in mind for future parties and family fun days.

    Not enough staff, food quality was sub par. The staff that were there were friendly and did their best. It would be good to see supervisors, or other staff help out delivering drinks or taking payment when they are short. I think we will go for games, but go elsewhere for food and drinks.

    We booked a reservation at Three10 and we got in quickly it wasn't that busy, however after waiting for 25 minutes no server took our orders or even acknowledged our existence despite numerous attempts to get their attention. 3 different servers walked passed us without saying anything. We told the hostess what happened and she left, we waited for 10 minutes and ended up leaving and went to Montanas across the street for way better service.
