Our server Natalia went above and beyond. She made sure that our table was well taken care of. We celebrated a birthday and she brought a dessert with a candle at the end of the meal. If you want an on point service, request for her. The food was typical bar food. Portions are decent and well priced. They have wide beer selection and special deals

Service was very slow. Took 30 mins just to get drinks. Server was going to leave the table after dropping the drinks off. Had to stop her to place our food order. Food came quicker and was tasty. Server forgot our dessert and to go back twice.

Was not at all as advertised. Mostly just kids at an arcade. Table reservation was late even though the restaurant was empty (3 other tables). Food was moderate at best, not what we expected for the price point . We ended up needing to stand by our table to get a waitress to return with a bill long after plates were gone and drinks empty. Games were closed because of a “group coming in soon”. Bathrooms were not clean. Overall a poor experience and we will not be returning.

Reserved seating in the high seating area, but it was closed so we had to stay in the main level. The seats were extremely uncomfortable. I asked to be moved to a booth which they moved us to immediately but we’re still not the most comfiest … the food however, was outstanding.

They forgot my order, didn't care to check how the meal was like normal restaurants do so it took a while to rectify. Had to go up to them to make them aware of the issue. When it finally arrived, everyone was done and paying. Horrible experience. I have eaten here before a couple years ago and recall it was very bad back then as well.

It was a good experience. Our server seemed like she had more then she could keep up with in a timingly manor and had us on one side then booth on the other which just seemed like lots of running for her to do so it was slow but not exactly her fault. I didn’t like my chicken sandwich just didn’t taste right. The rest was okay though.

The atmosphere was great my group and I ordered our food as I have a tomato allergy. They accidentally brought me something with tomatoes as a request no tomatoes and they fixed it right away. Great place I would go there again.

Everyone enjoyed their meal especially the Spicy Chicken Sandwich... As well, the kids had lots of fun playing games and watching the big screens. Definitely recommend this venue for families looking for a fun dinner / night out.

Normally the food at the rec room is OUTSTANDING. But this time around it was so gross, the burger tasted like someone rubbed it on the ashes of a campfire. There was live music which was a little too loud that while sitting in the for corner away from the stage, you still had to yell to talk to each other at some points. They also got rid of their artichoke dip, which was the best appetizer. Overall I think it was disappointing. Our server was REALLY nice… when he remembered to come to our table lol. But cutting some slack, it was quite busy.

Although we had ordered a high top table for seating and received a booth, it was okay as we needed some noise reduction as it was extremely loud in the restaurant. The service was outstanding and the food that we had ordered was okay, depending on who ordered what, our rating went up or down. I had the steak and I think I enjoyed my meal the most. My husband had the fish and chips and unfortunately his was more batter. Our other two friends had varying enjoyment too. Afterwards we went to the games for a bit, but as it was so loud and quite young, we left.

After being seated at our table for our 545 reservation, and told it was still happy hour until 6. we waited over 15 minutes before asking someone walking by if we could order from a server. Another 5 minutes passed before a server came by to take our drink orders. Needless to say we missed happy hour. 5 of the 6 beers on tap we tried to order were sold out - unsure why they weren’t replacing the kegs. Was charged $2 for hot sauce that should already come with fish tacos. Seemed short staffed, lacking customer service and any sort of respect for patrons time.

We reserved a table for a birthday lunch for my son. The server was great and the food was good. They let us bring a cake and our kids had fun playing all the games. We'll definitely keep it in mind for future parties and family fun days.

Not enough staff, food quality was sub par. The staff that were there were friendly and did their best. It would be good to see supervisors, or other staff help out delivering drinks or taking payment when they are short. I think we will go for games, but go elsewhere for food and drinks.

We booked a reservation at Three10 and we got in quickly it wasn't that busy, however after waiting for 25 minutes no server took our orders or even acknowledged our existence despite numerous attempts to get their attention. 3 different servers walked passed us without saying anything. We told the hostess what happened and she left, we waited for 10 minutes and ended up leaving and went to Montanas across the street for way better service.

Great server! However, when we arrived - they tried to tell us that they were “busy” and we would have to wait 40-50 minutes… defeating the purpose of making a reservation!!!! After being firm (not rude) they somehow found a table. Was disappointed that this was even an issue. After receiving our table, service and experience was great.

We came with a party of 9 and the service wasn’t very good. Food and presentation was good. Atmosphere was fun but really cold where we were sitting. We were close to the DJ and he was excellent. He was fun and interactive with your group. One suggestion. From a revenue and guest experience perspective I think having more bars/portable stand in the games area could increase per caps. Tokens were pretty expensive when you factor we had a full meal and drinks for 9. Overall, we enjoyed our evening. Fun for a special night but expensive for a whole family night out, especially with adult kids.

We were going to do some axe throwing but there was no attendant. We decided to bowl instead. That was fun but there was no drink service upstairs. The meal was enjoyable but lacked any wow factor. The nachos were good but I’ve had better tasting and better appearing nacho’s. We had one of the shareable drinks for 3 - 4 people. It seems 2 - 3 people is more appropriate. The fish tacos were very tasty and adding fries was a good choice. My friend’s burger looked excellent. We had fun with the games after, but again, drink service would have been excellent. I would go back and would recommend The Rec Room to others

The food was cold and greasy. Our server brought back the orders of French fries to have them recooked as they were lukewarm. The wings were greasy and the pretzel was dry and dense.

Table I requested wasn't where I wanted it, we were there to celebrate a birthday and we wanted to sit at a place where we could watch the live band but instead we had a table where the band was out of site, we didn't end up sitting at the table and we just stand to watch the band.
