Mother’s Day.

Seemed very unorganized and a little under staff, except security it seemed way over the top( like CIA over the top) for a place like this.

I've been twice and both times the food was delicious and the service was great and speedy. That, paired with the games and the entire experience is a great time!

Table was too big for only two people. The event in the back was too loud to talk over.

Had a wonderful experience. Friendly staff. Loved how this restaurant brought out the True North through their dishes. I had the Roasted Beet Salad with the addition of a 8oz flat iron steak. The salad was fresh and flavourful; the steak was cooked to perfection. Excellent presentation. Would definitely come back to try other dishes.

Didn't know this place existed til we found it on OpenTable, when looking for a spot close to Rogers Centre. Great find! Food & service were very good & it will be a fun place to bring the grandkids, with all the arcade games.

Great place with good food. The only thing that was an issue is that I wanted to use my open table credit and they did not accept it

Food is overpriced to be honest, service was okay aside from the lengthy period of time between seating and when our waiter came to take our orders. Atmosphere is great but don’t expect to hear anyone that’s not directly next to you.

Food was a bit too salty. Two out of six water glasses were dirty. Table didn’t look like it was wiped.

We went to the Rec Room for a friend's birthday and it was super fun. The games are inexpensive (compared to Dave and Buster's).

This is a fun spot for all ages with a giant arcade. The atmosphere is energetic and can be a bit loud. There’s a great variety on the menu including the delicious pickle brined fried chicken. So good. If you like a great upscale casual spot with good food and a huge video arcade (for extra cost) I recommend the Rec Room.

Had a great time at the rec room. Reserved a table and finished off a 30$ wristband before getting seated. Burger and Lasagna were super delicious and the wine and cocktails we’re a perfect compliment. Ended the date with a chocolate cream pie and a little more games with the 5$ (10$ value) promo wristband with each entree. Crossy roads is the best game just sayin.

I loved this place! We ordered the pizza (individual size is more for 2 people). Good service. The games are very fun! Not great for quiet conversation but lots of fun!

Went with four kids under 8 after a visit to the aquarium. Food was fine. Nothing super exciting or particularly amazing from what we ordered (pizza, crab dip) but the kids’ meals seemed to be a hit. Our server was absolutely lovely and very attentive. I’d go back but just for drinks and to play games maybe.

Place was fine. Food wasn't bad. Food wasn't good either though. The service was functional. A solid 5/10. I wouldn't recommend it to friends. Unless those friends worked at an office and wanted to plan an outing to celebrate hitting their first quarter goals. I'm also not embarrassed I went though.

Wouldn’t come back here. Food wasn’t anything special, and it was too crowded to play games properly. Service sucked, I specifically asked 2 servers and left a note with my reservation when it was made to have cake/dessert brought out for my bf’s birthday. Nothing was done. Also learned after that you can get scene points here but the server didn’t ask when we were paying the bill so lost out on that too. Overall not a good experience here. Super disappointed

Went for valentines day. Absolutely phenomenal wine listing and it being Winesday (Wednesday), I enjoyed the deal. The crowd tapered around 10 pm. However, if it were a weekend I'd highly suggest going when it's not peak hours. The game selection is smaller than Playdium so it can get very tight very quickly regarding space. Also, drink BEFORE and AFTER playing games, the amount of half-drank rum and cokes left near games was surprising. Coat check does an amazing job so tip them please. I had so many gifts with me and they gave each item an individual tag--that's class. Ultimately, the bar-arcade vibe makes it perfect for a fun outing as a group, special occasion or date.

The restaurant was very nice, friendly staff and the food was better than I expected. Only downfall was that as the restaurant got busier there didn’t seem to be enough staff to get to everyone in a timely manner. I’d go back - maybe just a one time issue.

First time here and I would come back again for sure. Had a girls night out and the food was great and spicy as well. Saturday night was sure busy and there was a game on as well so trying to get around was hard because people didn’t want to move out of your way. Kind of a fire Hazard if you ask me. They should have a section for people to jut stand and watch the games on Tv.

I would definitely go back with my nephew to have some fun on the games.

Made booking for 10. Would not seat us until 8 people present (have never ever seen this before) so we went to the bar to chill as people arrived. Service was glacial even though the bar was 1/2 empty. Prices laughable (I have never seen a Mill st Organic for $9 before), food mediocre.

Staff member came over to ask if we still needed table and we said no (at that point more people had arrived but not 8 and some had ordered food and we decided to just stay where we were) and then came home to find out they had "no showed" me on Open Table. Which is silly given I have the credit card receipt to show we were there.

Not enough games + crappy location + overpriced food + $$ = avoid.

Overall I was not impressed. Food was awful especially for the price and half the games didn’t work or the machines were frozen. I highly recommend Dave and busters instead
