Good food, my portion was not too large that I was able to finish my food. It was noisy due to a large group that was also there at the time, plus the restaurant being located among the Rec Room’s other facilities. Overall, it was a good experience.

Had a reservation for 8 ppl and before we even sat down the hostess told us that it was a 2 hour table limit and then upon being seated, the server advised the limit was 1.5 hours. In the end, they let us stay for 2 hours but we didnt feel welcome or comfortable while we were there. Best part was the food, it was delicious. Do not think I would return.

Very slow service, servers not interested, had to wait 10 mins for a glass of water, not given time to eat starters and everything was put on top of the table. Could not find servers when needed things, and had to leave eating area to find them and then took long time to get what was needed (sauce etc). Food was average for prices, and adult portions quite small in comparison to most other places in downtown Toronto.

We were seating at a table for our reservations. Then asked to move to another table. The ordered coke was flat. Coffee and the bill were forgotten and went to the hostess to find our waitress.

Food would have been delicious if it hadn't taken forever to get to us. The burger was cold, and the steak was undercooked. Service was exceptionally slow, I've been before and it was not this bad, so I was very disappointed!

Our time at the rec room was so much fun! There was 9 of us and the vibes were amazing the entire night. Music was bumping, the Leafs game was on the TVs and the games after dinner were so much fun! Definitely the highlight of the night along with the Photo Booth. Drinks were delicious we all had a great time!

Great waiter. Brought my kids and they had a great time. I would say the one thing that needs improving is the gift shop. There were three tellers and when I was there one was dealing with customers. A bit more variety for kids who don’t have 5000 points would also be good.

While it is a fun place, it was too busy. Long waits for games, with some people playing for longer periods when others were waiting. Not a lot of variety in games, a large number were just gun based games. Games seemed expensive, $50 gone in less than 90 minutes. On the plus side, food was good and well portioned. The servers were friendly and responsive. The place was clean and engaging. If I was to go again, I would be inclined to try a different location on a different day of the week

Great experience for my sons 8th birthday. Only complaint is that it was a bit too over crowded so ot was hard for the kids to get to the games. Otherwise great and we had a very lovely server. All of the staff were so helpful and friendly!

We were sitting in the standing table, all atmosphere was perfect, games are great. This is good for all the ages, pool is the best part. Customer service was good, we found beer Steam Whistle flat, but waitress changed for Creemore and it was good, we didn’t pay extra. All food was fine, except fries, it wasn’t crispy and felt like yesterday’s. But we definitely are going to come back for the drinks and games. 7/10

The service was so slow , ended up getting a Burnt - tar hamburger . We were a group of 6 and all our drinks took forever to come , same with food , server felt lost like he didn’t no what he was doing . We had food coming to our table all night that we never ordered ( being sent to the wrong table ) our bills ended up being wrong twice . Just overall a not exceptable service .

The whole experience is very rushed. Waitress was pushing us to order as there is a time limit now at this restaurant. We barely had time to eat once we got our order. Finished my last bite. Waitress had the bill. Paid and out the door. New owners are running this like their theatre. Movie is finished. Get out so the next group can watch the next movie. Cineplex bought this restaurant apparently and running it like their movie theatre. I do not think will eat here with this pressure to get finished eating.

Our server took a long time to greet us, the debit machines were down but she insisted that it was a bank card issue until we firmly told her to change the machine and then the transaction went through and it happened to the neighbouring table too and she wasn’t the most apologetic about her error. Asked for more ketchup and never reviewed it. The location in Mississauga is better by a LONG shot.

Food tasted good, service was poor. Waitress took 30 minutes to bring beers, then another 20 for water. She indicated that this was a new job to her but we had to ask 2 other waiters for napkins as we didn't see our waitress. Food arrived within 30 minutes of ordering. Once plates were cleared it took 30 minutes for our bill. Atmosphere was good, very loud as you couldn't hear across the table. Was unable to play any games as the arcade section was packed.

We did not expect to be blown away by food, as we have realistic expectations when venues serve by the volume. However, the plates and glasses we received were smeared with grime/grease, the food/drinks took too long, and the servers were not always available and/or pawned off service to other servers.

Our service was prompt, our reservation was easily adjusted, from 4 to 7 people. Our arrival time was early and they sat us right away. Our server was amazing and she was never made us wait for food or drinks. Thank yoy

Overall we were disappointed in the whole service along where we place in the restaurant. Long wait for food and customer service was sub par at Best. Server was rushing drinks orders and was overwhelmed by number of tables serving. Definitely wouldn’t recommend the Rec Room due to the experience we had tonight

After being accosted at the front door by to men demanding to search ours bags (that we didn’t have) the waitress took 20 minutes to bring our drinks. Made sure to put our food order in right away to ensure we could eat and still make the game in time. Food was decent but the service wasn’t great. Seemed like a lot of untrained staff wandering around and inefficiently trying to help people. With there wasn’t enough staff for a busy night before a Jays game or they weren’t properly trained.
