This was our first experience at Rec Room and it was great! Kids enjoyed their meals with no complaints. The sweet heat wings with dill sauce were DELICIOUS. The prizes we picked out with our arcade tickets were good quality.

The table was fine. Kinda at the back away from noise. But it was a little close to the one other table with kids. I feel like they could have separated them better. The server was very kind and patient with a table of 13/14 yr olds. Over all great experience. We bought a bracelet for 100$ which provided games over 2-3 hrs for 5 kids. There still 60% of the Credits left for next time. My hubby and I ate separately and I got the letter wraps and he got the salmon bowl and both plates were fantastic!!

Good service with friendly servers but the food was not the greatest especially for the price. Nachos had very little cheese which the 4 cheese blend was disgusting. I asked for ranch sauce which is added cost for appetizers. The place is fun for the entertainment factor bur not to enjoy food. Just got for the drinks and games.

Food was ok , just that. Ok fish tacos, they were made of cheap fish not equal portions of fish or toppings no napkins on table no salt on table woman taking “care of us” was so unattentive we seen other waitresses multiple times it was like she was actively avoiding our table , drink menus were removed way to early when we wanted another beverage we waited 20 minutes after our meal till we got another opportunity to order one , if you like screaming children who make a huge mess and parents who don’t control their kids then this is the place for you

We had a small group (8 guys) join the fun at the Rec Room and celebrate an upcoming wedding. So it was a bachelor party with a difference. We enjoyed the games for a couple of hours then sat down and enjoyed a nice supper. For a group of guys between 40 and 70 years of age, it was great fun and the food was very enjoyable.

Service from server was amazing. He went above and beyond. The food however took well over 45 minutes to arrive and the restaurant was nowhere near busy. Washrooms were dirty and hadn't been checked all day and we were there around 2 p.m. Tried to call several times beforehand to ask questions, but nobody ever answered the phone.

Great service. We came for my son’s birthday. They went out of their way to make the dinner special for our son and all of us, giving our son a band for games for future visits to the recroom along with a dessert on the house. It was a great atmosphere for a birthday celebration.

Our first experience at the rec room was fantastic ! The food was amazing we had the Atlantic cod fish and chips with poutine ! Sooo good and the cider on tap was refreshing ! We stayed till closing and had great time playing games ! Great relaxing and fun atmosphere and we got to turn our points into some small toys for our kids after too!

We went to have dinner with our friends for my birthday, was Saturday so it was packed, still we had the chance to play the arcades and sometimes we had to wait but not so much! Also, the food was amazing, I ask for the ABC burger and the guacamole on it was amazing!

The waiter kept on disappearing on us, he was not checking on us at all. He served us a jar of drink that we did not order, then our food order was mixed up. 6 of us got our food when 1 had to sit and watch us eat by the time her order came it the steak was well done when she ordered medium rare. Like the service was really bad. Even just the presentation of the food was bad. I regret not checking the reviews before going there otherwise I was not going to bother.

Went here on a double date as the idea of this place sounds really fun - arcade, restaurant/bar. However, it did not meet any expectations. We order the Tropical Sangria - it was absolutely disgusting, to the point where we didnt even drink it. We ordered the Loaded Nachos which weren't too bad. We ordered more drinks Water Bombers both of which were absolutely revolting as well. We ordered 2 Mac and Cheese, the BBQ Ribs, and Lettuce Wraps (but asked for this with tortillas, which the server said she would have to charge extra for). The food was just as disgusting as the drinks, the ribs were undercooked, the Mac when we questioned about the tortilla, we were told that's all they had, and that's in fact what they use for their tacos as well...they apparently use naan bread for their tacos. When we asked about the Mac & Cheese, the server said "well it's just Velveeta and pasta..." and shrugged it off. We noticed that the table adjacent to us also had a plethora of issues and the manager came and spoke to them. When we asked to speak to the Manager, he never came - we had to ask twice before he came over. We explained the situation, and he first hand witnessed the table full of uneaten food and drinks. He apologized and left. Later he came back and told us that he had comped the whole dinner. He said they do have tortillas that they use for their tacos, and there must have been a miscommunication. We asked if the server was new and he said "uhhhhh, i think so". After this we went over to the arcade and it was busy and there was absolutely no COVID protocols in place. So we left. We wanted to grab bottles/cans of beer, but we thought it best not to, since they'd probably find a way to mess that up. The server was absolutely blah, she barely checked on us, even when were ordering she would start backing away walking away in the middle of us ordered. Won't be going back ever.

The service at Three10 was not great. It wasn't very busy, but it took a very long time for someone to come around, drinks took forever and we waited a long time for someone to take our order. Not impressed when a place is not busy.... maybe that was why they weren't busy?

Staff were scraping huge metal tables and chairs across the room. They asked us to cut into our steak without giving us cutlery. Steak was way undercooked. Beans were raw. Steak came back burnt to a crisp after they offered to refire. Ribs were crumbling dry and tasted like boiled grease. Not sure how that happened. Horrible experience 1/10. Saving grace was their pickle Cesar was delicious.

The Good: Waitress was very good, apologetic, friendly when things were asked of her. The bad: Far louder. The fish and chips are so large you could never consider having 2. The drinks Coconut tequila and don't kill my vibe were mildly soapy tasting. So many of the games were out of order. You also can't afford anything in the place on one visit with your tickets.
