   Unbelievable! For my wife’s birthday dinner. We were booked at a place down the hill (4) but opted here instead. Lucky enough to be here a night when a guest chef from Little Nell was in town and the 3 course experience was amazing and I’m not a foodie🙌🏼. Lynn our server and the sommelier, was so knowledgeable and def loves the grape 🍇

   You’re absolutely paying for the view when coming here. I made the mistake of making our reservation for 7:30 in the evening. Don’t do that! It’s too dark to see the beautiful view. The food is ok. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t outstanding either. Not worth the cost. Our server was a bit pushy but gave good service. Whenever someone would order one dish, he’d try to persuade them to get something different.

   The portions got smaller even since January 2023. When they first started this pre fixe dinner portions were decent that I would be full by dessert. Tonight I ate everything but was far from full. For the price they could use better ingredients. Love the atmosphere and the service. It will have to be another special occasion, just cannot justify spending that kind of money for the quality and portion of food.

   First visit here, very interesting spot. Located in a hotel up the hill in Wailea that looks like a great place (that's adults only). Tasting menu place which is always something we seek out (although you can modify and do a la carte we were told). First course was just awesome. Second/main course - fish was way overcooked, however the server owned it and replaced with another that was just fantastic. Cheese plate for desert which was very nice and creative. Service was great. We will be back.

   Roy Yamaguchi’s Humble Kitchen is an extraordinary Hawaiian dining experience located on the Maki side or ocean front of the Wailea Beach Hotel Marriott. The service is so fine and the food, well just delicious!

    First time there. Small hotel that's hidden away from the town of Kihei. The ambience, and just to get away from the usual crowds was great. Food was excellent but pricey. Our server was very energetic and helpful to our every need. Thank you Hotel Wailea for a wonderful evening.

    We had a table on the outside with a beautiful view of the mountains, ocean and an exciting sunset. We started with Aperol Spritz - the proportions of the ingredients were perfectly mixed. The food was excellent, fish expertly prepared, and my granddaughter said she had the best steak ever. The service was friendly and attentive.     The food was a work of art however the flavours were lacking. And the prices went up since last summer. The food in the summer was spectacular. However I would always recommended the birdcage lounge. I would maybe reconsider the dinner and have appetizers in the birdcage lounge instead.

    Always a wonderful meal; ahi tataki, risotto always great; kampachi is excellent. The pavlova dessert seems light and less elaborate than the heavier desserts, but is great. Service is excellent, knowledgeable, but not intrusive. A quieter dinner than other resort spots.

    This place used to be EXCELLENT few years ago. There was a change in ownership and chef, so now it is awful. The decoration and the view from the restaurant are still very romantic, but the service, value, and the food quality has gone down the drain. It is a prix fix menu. $125 per person. I also ordered the kids menu for my son. The burgers were burnt and our mains took almost an hour. The food was so so, definitely not worth the price they charged.

    In all honesty, we were extremely underwhelmed. We had great service, however, the three courses did NOT justify the bill at the end of the night. We were pretty disappointed as we have heard fabulous things about this restaurant especially with staying on property. We enjoyed other restaurants in the area more unfortunately.
